These look offical, but they could be fake (although its not uncommon for retailers to get promo images right before an unpacked event). Looks pretty cool to me!

Tips & Tricks A helpful tip: you do not need to press and hold the sound bar in the notification center to adjust your Galaxy Buds settings; instead, you may simply click the bar and then click your Galaxy Buds name.

Issue Why is this happening?

Post image
20 Upvotes

Hello guys,

So I bought these earbuds back in July. They have been working great for over 2 months up until last month when this issue started. The left earbud's battery constantly drains while sitting inside the case, and when I open the case, it immediately starts charging. Once both buds hit 100%, the left earbud's battery starts draining again, going all the way down to 0% while still INSIDE the closed case.

Every single time I open the case, the left earbud is always sitting at less than 2% battery.

So far, I have tried updating the software, thoroughly cleaning the charging pins on both the buds and inside the case, and resetting the earbuds multiple times but nothing has worked.

Could this be a hardware issue? Cause if it is, only the Lord knows the nightmare of dealing with Samsung local service center here in my third world country. Can anyone help me with this please?

Issue Has anyone else noticed weaker ANC on the Galaxy Buds4 Pro after the latest Galaxy Buds app update (v9.0.10.1724)?

Noise cancellation still works, but the difference between ANC on and off seems much smaller than expected. Have you experienced this too?

Help Buds 4 pro different stem squeezes

I need to apply a bit more squeeze strenght to the right bud. I tried to test it if I have different angles or so but they are not the same. Not so disturbing but anyone know if this is supposed to happen?

Help Unopened Sennheiser Accentum Wireless vs Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro — is there any reason to keep the Sennheiser?

Post image
5 Upvotes

I have an unopened/sealed Sennheiser Accentum Wireless that I bought at roughly half the price of the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. I’m now second-guessing myself and considering selling it sealed to get the Buds 4 Pro instead.

My top priority is ANC. When I put on headphones, I want the outside world to disappear as much as possible — cafes, street noise, that kind of environment. Every measurement and review I’ve checked (SoundGuys, RTINGS etc.) shows the Buds 4 Pro winning clearly in noise cancellation (8.4 vs 5.0 on SoundGuys), and also coming out ahead in overall sound quality scores.

My questions:

  1. Is there any real-world audiophile reason to keep the Accentum over the Buds 4 Pro?
  2. For pure music enjoyment, does the larger 37mm over-ear driver actually make a noticeable difference compared to the Buds 4 Pro’s hybrid driver setup?
  3. What does an over-ear actually do better in practice — soundstage, bass naturalness, listening fatigue?
  4. Or are the measurements telling the full story here, and I should just go with the Buds 4 Pro?

Phone is Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, so SSC-UHQ codec works with the Buds 4 Pro.

Help Buds 2pro or buds 4pro

I've had the Buds 2 Pro since January 2025 and overall I'm happy with them. But from the earliest uses I noticed that the bud in my left ear when I am doing exercise or moving actively tended to almost fall off my ear no matter what size I used. My question is whether memory foam would solve that problem completely or is it better to try to get the 4 Pro Buds on offer on this Black Friday? I assume that with the 4 Pros I wouldn't have that problem, because when I've worn those types of headphones they never dropped of my ear like i'm feeling with the buds 4 pro. Also I wanna know how much improvements you guys have notice once u upgraded to the 4 pro. Just in case it helps, I have a S24FE. Thank u 🤝🏻

Tips & Tricks Fix for buds 4 pro single earbud detection/control issue

Hey folks,

Like many who got their buds early, my left earbud stopped being detected in the Wearables app, and sound controls completely broke (despite charging fine).

Samsung support actually replied with a reset fix that completely sorted it for me.

Press the button on the back of the case 5 to 10 times.

Put both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, plug in the charging cable, and hold for 10 seconds.

Reconnected right away and working normally now. Hope this saves a few of you the headache!

Help Buds 2 pro charging

I messed up. My right bud was in my ear, the left bud and case in my pants pocket when they went through the wash. Long story short, the only damage is that the right bud won't charge. I assume water damage on the charging pins or somewhere inside that area. Left bud works and charges fine, the case still charges when's plugged in.

Any ideas how I can either fix or find a workaround to charge the right bud?

I love these buds, been using them for 5 years with absolutely no issues.

Issue Lost brand new buds 4 pro left ear bud

Last week I bought the buds 4pro when they went on sale with Amazon. The next day I wore them for a run/walk in the rain in the dark. Within the first hour of use the he left ear bud fell out and I couldn't find them after searching for a long time in the dark, I think they got swept down the drain. I tried the find my buds feature but it just randomly and located the right bud. Luckily I filed a purchase protection with amex and just found out they are reimbursing me for the purchase price. Now I have a brand new right bud and case. What should I do with them? I don't want to buy a used left bud to replace the lost one, I'd rather own brand new.

Issue Galaxy Buds4 Pro microphone issue: BOTH earbuds sound much worse than either one alone — confirmed during calls

I've been experiencing extremely poor microphone quality with my Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro, especially in noisy environments. People frequently complain that my voice sounds muffled, robotic, distorted, or almost unintelligible. After extensive troubleshooting, I've discovered something interesting that other Buds4 Pro owners might want to test. Using BOTH earbuds simultaneously makes my microphone quality significantly worse than using just ONE. Here's what I've tested: Tested on two different Samsung phones: Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Reset the earbuds and paired them again. Tried ANC on, Ambient Sound on, and both disabled. Tested in a noisy indoor environment with people talking in the background. Recorded comparison samples using Samsung Voice Recorder. Tested the left earbud alone, right earbud alone, and both together. Finally, confirmed the difference during an actual phone call with another person. Results: Configuration Microphone quality Left earbud only Acceptable Right earbud only Acceptable Both earbuds Extremely poor Phone microphone Clear and intelligible The person I called independently confirmed that my voice sounded noticeably better with either earbud alone compared to both earbuds together. This is reproducible, and changing ANC or Ambient Sound settings doesn't fix it. I'm wondering whether there's a firmware or voice-processing issue when both earbuds are connected, although I can't rule out a defect in my particular pair. Could other Buds4 Pro owners please try this? Make a phone call from a noisy environment while wearing both earbuds. Ask the other person to evaluate your voice quality. Put one earbud back into the charging case without ending the call. Compare the quality, then repeat with the other earbud. Does your voice become clearer when using only one earbud? I'd be especially interested in hearing whether anyone has reproduced this issue, or whether replacing the earbuds or updating the firmware resolved it. If this is a wider firmware issue, hopefully Samsung can investigate.

Brag/Praise Galaxy Buds3 Pro after 10 months of being in hands that literally grow backwards

Got this buddy in December 2025 as a gift from my dad. Love this thing so far. They don't have any major problems and they're just simple reliable earbuds for every day. The only thing that could be improved is the battery life of the case. It just dies quickly imho.

But durability is pretty decent, I think. I use its case with a black silicone cover, so at least it's not scratched. Because I can't protect the earbuds themselves with silicone covers, I managed to drop them multiple times on the ground, which caused them to scratch. Each earbud has that one black spot that doesn't go away when I wipe it off.

I'm honestly not sure how that black spot got there (maybe it's because of me dropping the earbuds after all), but I would like to know why exactly they're there. Do you have them?

Upgrading my phone to a Fold 8, ATT offering half off Pro 4. Would you recommend? If not, could you please let me know what buds are better? Probably won't use the translator feature but just want a comfortable bud and easy to use.

Help Is upgrading from buds core to bud 4 pro worth it?

I got the Buds Core a few months ago. They're alright and still work fine. I have some extra money right now, so I'm thinking about getting the Buds 4 Pro. Is the difference that big?

I'm not sure because my Buds Core work fine, but their ANC is pretty bad. I've also never tried high quality earbuds before, so I'm curious about the difference. they will cost 162$

Brag/Praise Buds 3 pro sound quality issue

I got my Buds 3 pro from Hong Kong in sep 2025

Whenever i try to listen it on normal mode it sounds very bland like bass dosent even work properly, my entry level earphones sounds better but when i turn on ANC the sound quality will be top notch. Connected with multiple samsung and other android devices of friends but issue was same. Software updated every time but still no changes

I found out that many people had this issue, some even had issues in ANC mode but normal mode works fine

Never used single bud because the ANC would turn off and sound quality sucks, so i got adjusted to it.

Now randomly after updating my S25 ultra to one ui 9 after some time my buds got disconnected. When i paired it again it sounds good in normal mode??

I mean not perfect but 80% is fixed. Damn it took them long time but finally fixed the problem. Did anyone face this too?

Help Galaxy buds 3 pro vs buds 4

From both which ones are better in every way ? I had buds 3 and was satisfied with the sound, the ANC was not the best but it did the work. Recently I lost them and now deciding to get either one of these. The difference between buds 4 and buds 3 pro is around €25. The buds 3 pro are 25€ expensive. Are they really worth it or should I go with the buds 4 ?
