Tire Replacement
Noticed that my robot vacuum was struggling to move across smooth tile after almost 3yrs. Found the tires almost worn smooth. 10mins in solidworks and some TPU and it is back to form.

Works great, the 30kg servo is a bit overkill. Built in OpenSCAD so also parametric and tweakable for any valve that has hex/octa/deca flats on both sides, uses collars so alignment is not necessary. Used here on my gas connection to the central heating but I'm also going to fit it on my water main and try to create an open-source version of the Flo water monitor. This isn't ready for release yet but it is working pretty well.

I created several different handles for hiking poles, as well as an extendable mechanism with double locking.

I made a case for the Hozo Neosander combo (the one with the sanding heads) because the plain box wasn't cutting it for me, and the other one I saw couldn't be printed on my print bed. It has a cutout to read your grit level, and a rear cutout so you can connect the charger to a power brick and charge inside the case (can't shut it while charging though)

I created these for use on a theater set to help make sure an unfolding flat screen for silhouettes was opened to.the same spot every time.
I printed them in pa6-cf20 for strength. They worked really well for this purpose and I wanted to share!

I’ve been working on a custom trading card storage drawer designed specifically for the IKEA KALLAX shelf with bottle insert.
A few features of the design:
Holds up to 800 trading cards
Has a front slot for a sleeved card, so you can easily identify what’s inside each drawer
Uses a two-piece design to make printing possible on most consumer 3D printers
Designed with trading card collectors in mind
The idea is to make a KALLAX setup more practical for organizing a collection while letting you use a card on the front as a visual label.

I’d love to hear what you think! Is this something you’d use for your collection? Any features you’d want to see added or improved?

Hi all,
I made some customizable TPU HandStraps. At first I made just 1 fusion Model but I changed it to be customizable online. The straps helps you or your child to have a better grip / hold mutiple products, such as a toothbrush, pencil, fork, spoon. First project done outside of Fusion/Tinkercad.
Edit: (Available via Makerworld Editor)

My daughter hates when the thermos moves around in her lunchbox because it smashes her snacks. So I designed an insert that would separate the thermos. We tried to buy her a different lunch bag but she won’t let go of this one. So I had to come up with a solution.

made this lil die press thingy as I used to awkwardly fold aluminum foil to make a pocket to hold my ketchup as a dip, so thought why not just make this

Model available on Printables. It's parametric*, so you should be able customise to whatever coins you need (although I'm sure there are new and creative ways to break the model). I use the EUR and CZK versions, but I included some best effort models for other currencies too (I included the measurements on the page if you want to verify them).
*I should note I have no idea what I am doing, I'm self-taught

I designed this helper tool (OmniGrip) for people with arthritis, tremors, or limited hand strength who struggle with the painful pinch-and-twist motion needed to turn a key.
Most printable key turners rely on fixed, narrow slots that only fit standard flat house keys meaning anything with a thick plastic head or an odd shape just won't work. On top of that, swapping keys on them can be a pain if your fingers don't work great.
Instead of a rigid slot, I used a bed of flexible TPU 95A pins inside a rigid outer shell. When you push any key down into it, the pins bend out of the way and lock around the profile with a lot of friction. No fiddling or setup needed just press it in and turn.
A few quick design details:
- The outer handle has 5 rounded lobes so you can turn it using your whole palm or knuckles instead of a tight pinch grip.
- The TPU insert locks into the rigid shell with a 10-tooth spline inside, so it won't spin freely when you apply torque.
- There's an ejection hole at the bottom: if the TPU ever wears out, you can just push it out with a pencil and print a new 15g core instead of wasting the whole shell.
- As a side bonus, it works great on a desk as a pen/stylus stand so you can grab things with a full fist instead of trying to pinch them flat off the table.
Modeled parametrically in OpenSCAD so dimensions can be tweaked if needed.

At my wife’s school they have all these condiment squeeze bottles that all have elastic bands with labels. All bottles except the Ketchup bottle because “they can figure it out”. Mind you the bands are like $2 each. Regardless my wife asked if I could do something about it so I designed these sleeves to slip over the bottle. There’s a ridge under that thick part so the label doesn’t move around.
I’m happy with my modeling skills as this honestly only took about an hour to come up with any fit perfectly first try!

I printed a replacement foot for my Ohaus Navigator scale after one went missing.

I printed a simple cover for my bottle warmer since it doesn’t come with one. It helps keep dust out of the water when I’m not using it, might help reduce heat loss while it’s warming up, and gives me a spot to put a few things on top when the warmer isn’t in use.

Nothing fancy, just a little practical thing I wanted for my own kitchen. Figured I’d share it in case anyone else finds it useful!
I’ve uploaded the model to MakerWorld if anyone wants to check it out.

This is my favorite use for 3D printers.
The "fake drawer" piece that goes in front of the sink was held in place by some crappy plastic brackets that crumbled. So I modeled and printed some (improved) replacements! Worked Like a charm.

Hey everyone!
This is my first ever design. I'm an engineering student and I just learned the basics of Fusion 360. I designed this in Fusion 360 to address tilt limitations on low-profile keyboards and laptops (specifically Logitech, but it is meant to be widely compatible). I am specifically targeting neutral and negative tilt angles to reduce wrist extension and carpal tunnel strain during long typing sessions.
I designed it so it specifically prints in place and does not need any tools/supports which I thought turned out really nice. I would love some critical feedback, since I am new and I want to see what you guys think. Please give me some suggestions, I am still adjusting some things, so I'll try to implement any meaningful suggestions with my rudimentary skills. Thanks!

I wasn't able to find this anywhere online, so I made it myself! Sized to your standard 66x91 TCG outer sleeve for even weight distribution. No more card tilting/bending :D Numbered (no logo) & Plain versions up too!

My shelf was slightly too short to hold these vertically, so I made (what I think is) the ultimate customizable rack.
Fits Blu-ray, 4K, PS, Xbox and Switch, and you can customize it to your shelf height. Prints in one go, no supports. Very modular as well with stacking and horizontal adjoining.
I also open sourced it so people can improve further: https://makerworld.com/en/models/3434932-customizable-universal-physical-media-rack#profileId-3916515
