Form Check Are open hips unsafe on this pose?

I need to do this in a dynamic way for a dance solo (I’m a competitive dancer). I managed to do the movement but something felt off so I was checking my form and noticed my hips are very clearly open. The thing is, even though I can split with square hips, this specific pose feels more comfy with open hips and my spine’s range of motion is bigger. I wanted outsiders perspective on my form to see if it’s possible to do it safely (consider I have good body awareness and do strength training)

Has anyone done dislocation tricks?

So I came across this clip of this performer and they did some wired tricks where they like dislocated their shoulder. Does anyone have that ability? What is it like to do it? Is uncomfortable?

Question about static/dynamic Warm-up before any sport

Does static stretching before a workout increase the risk of injury? Or should we be doing dynamic stretching instead? I’ve always performed static stretches—like balancing on one leg—as part of my warm-up routine; that’s simply how I was taught to do it in physical education classes. Have I been doing the wrong thing this whole time?
