I bought a secondhand on vinted for 36 euros. Dude had fine reviews so well should probs be okay. Well it took a while to get. And I booted it up. Just keeps crashing on me, sometimes at the beginning, at the language part, configuring device and at the scanning for networks part.

I tried to do a send back and money back, then found out he doesn't do taksies backsies. (which is my fault) which caused me to lose the 35 euros and be stuck w this thing. I tried rebooting before but nothing works.

Now I tried everything again and it just keeps getting stuck. For all I know the original wire and energy plug is there. Anyone know what I should do with it? I can't even do a hard reset without it crashing on me.

I was playing around with my fire stick and I saw a little bowling game that I tried to boot up and it just froze. It had a bowling lane and just froze no buttons would do anything. I went and I pulled the power source for about 10 seconds and plugged it back in and it wasn't even recognized by the tv. I've changed HDMI ports I have tried to do the center button and play pause button reset but nothing. What are my other options or is it fried?

I've used a trial and it's decent but has cut out a few times. I've heard suggestions if Strong8k and Trex but haven't tried. Also a bit more expensive.

Also the provider I tried recommends the player V12. Not sure if TiviMate would be better. Tried it for a minute but on demand required a further subscription thru TiviMate? It deterred me.

Looking for some guidance here as I'm new and trying to get things setup to cancel DAZN. I also would like to use for some on demand TV and movies

I have a Fire Stick 4K that I bought in 2023, which I guess is the 1st gen version. I got an offer to buy the Fire Stick 4K Plus for $15.

My original one has been working alright... but that Fire Stick is all I've ever known, so I don't know if I'm missing anything by not upgrading to this new release.

I read about the differences, but don't know if those differences are noticeable in day-to-day use.

Is it worth getting the new one? In case it makes any difference, I only use Prime Video and YouTube.

Is there a short code to download Protube so you can sideload on the fire tv stick?

With the season coming up I was wondering if anyone knew a good app for ncaa basketball. All the big ones like sportzx and Ak don’t have them and I haven’t had great success since Sportsfire

I was trying to fix an issue with the fire stick so I did a factory reset. After the reset, the fire stick just shows the Log In to Your Account screen, but I can't do it because the control won't pair.

I tried unplugging the fire stick for 60 sec while I reset the control (back+menu+ left button) and then taking out the batteries then pressing the home button to pair it, but that's not working (at least not in the factory reset state that my fire stick is currently in).

I cannot use the cellphone app, as it does not recognize the factory reset fire stick.

I tried plugging the fire stick into a different TV (saw a post that said that it helped view the pairing screen for the remote), but it just shows the Log In to Your Account screen as before.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue?
