Saw some news that Fender submitted a warn notice that they plan to layoff 533 employees from the Corona site. Feel bad for those affected, and wondering how much is overall economy-driven vs how much is self-inflicted from the bad publicity of the past year’s litigation efforts.

I recently got a tone master pro and an FR-12 so I didn’t have to lug the big expensive box of glass tube amp, cabinet, and pedalboard to a friend’s place once a week and I saw that it had bass presets and whatnot. I was like, “How convenient! I don’t want to buy a bass amp, but I’ve always wanted to learn bass.” Unfortunately, I was one bass short of being able to learn bass. No more - this is my Player II Modified Precision Bass. It looks so cool and I’m looking forward to becoming the world’s shittiest bassist.

Hey guys, so me and my friends are planning a trip to Japan next year. Now, I was going to get a Fender guitar, a $1100 one (after roughly exchanging my Polish money into dollars) this year after Christmas since I am still a teenager and get some money during holidays from my large family. The question I have is if anybody who's been in the store in Tokyo can say how expensive the guitars are over there? Is it possible to get a nice one under 1,5k? I know MIJ Fenders can cost quite a lot. Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone. I have a Fender Stratocaster Player 2 and just discovered the hum/buzz issue that comes with a single coil pick up guitar 😅 I've learned how to reduce the hum/buzz with my amp with a noise gate and turning gain down, but I'm having trouble eliminating the hum/buzz with my recordings. I've been using my usb driver (I have a BOSS Katana Gen 3 50w) and Reaper as my DAW. These are the issues I have when I play back my recordings:

1. Hum/buzz
2. Guitar playing does not sound as loud (this seems like an easy fix though)
3. Guitar playing sounds a bit muffled, it could sound more clear.

My question is, what can I do to fix all of these issues? Has anyone worked with their Fender and Reaper, and have guidance or can point me in the direction of some tips? Also, it is worth it to get my guitar shielded at some point?

My first american fender. What a time to be alive. Already got a Mexican baja Telecaster which I Love. Now im also on the Strat team.

Just discovered that Fender changed Studio One’s name and host and because I had a very old fender account that I have created with facebook in like 2018, since I’m using the same e-mail as the Studio ONe account they say I MUST connect both accounts.
