Fat acceptance group have no issue with a 13 year old weighing 680lbs (and ultimately passing away)
Also how have I never heard about Christina Corrigan?? This was in 1996 and I’m surprised this isn’t more common knowledge. How are people saying the mother may not be guilty and that she couldn’t have possibly eaten enough to be that obese at 13? It wasn’t stopping medication that made her that obese!!

Daily Sticky Fat Rant Friday
Fatlogic in real life getting you down?
Is your family telling you you're looking too thin?
Are people at work bringing you donuts?
Did your beer drinking neighbor pat his belly and tell you "It's all muscle?"
If you hear one more thing about starvation mode will you scream?
Let it all out. We understand.

Or maybe that skinny person has some serious issues and could use some empathy. How dare a skinny person have (mental) issues with their body.

A sweet treat = the return of heroin chic
Maybe it’s just me preferring froyo over ice-cream but like can some people just enjoy something that’s ‘not too sweet’ without it being diet culture (as if most froyo places don’t offer a ton of toppings). And some places are sugar-free, so diabetics can have it comfortably too

"Help, I'm at prom and some chick is flinging mind bullets at all my mates...what?..her dress size? I don't feckin know...no I'm not asking her, given the aforementioned mind bullets..."

Talking about a perfectly normal and healthy BMI by the way
The individual in discussion is 5’0” or 5‘1“ and 100 pounds at either height is a perfectly normal BMI.

TIL A caloric deficit is defined by if its unhealthy or not, not if you're using more than you're eating

She think its ridiculous that her 12 year old daughter doesnt fit in the kids/ teens section.
In response to a post about kids clothing sizes. Size 14 for a 12 year old girl is ridiculous actually.
Its kind of scary how we have normalised this so much. I really do wish her daughter well.
