The stand of an organizations gofer, FIRE works best as a crowd controller for when the user needs to handle multiple targets at once in a given area

Ability: Thermal siphoning

despite its name, FIRE actually works like a sort of vaccum for any heat in an area, rather than being a stand that cranks up the heat.

when putting its ability into effect, sources of heat in a location are slowly sucked up into its furnace like chest cavity and thighs, leaving the area to slowly cool down over time. The change in heat depends on how close the user is to the chosen location. For example, if the user picks a room that’s 10 meters away from him, the process is slowed down, but if the user were to get closer and closer, the speed would begin to ramp up, but at the cost of being easier to find.

being a crowd control stand, it’s horrible at targeting one specific person, so the user works best alone with no support, being as they’re the only one immune during the effects duration.

TL;DR the Grateful Dead but it turns people cold instead of old, alongside affecting objects as well

Stand: Laplace's angel

Ability: Can influence the will of opponent to make them do things out of what they believe is their own free will, (sort of like the suggestion spell from dnd, although no limit to what can be said) trade off is that the more extreme the suggestion the easier it is to realize the influence and fight the influence. The user prefers stealth rather than hand to hand combat.  The stand has some form of sentience/intelligence, it enjoys watching the target from distances, if the target gets too close it will quickly duck behind cover and return to the user before going to look again. 

Appearance: Humanoid yet resembles a kind of goo. Its face is a strange white mask with two eyes that look kind of liquid and change shape/size, it has a black goopy halo above its head.

the range is about 400 meters

Absolutely Territory

Ability: Absolute Territory can channel a high-speed rotational force through any point of physical contact. When the Stand (or a projectile/appendage it launches) impacts a target-whether it's an enemy, object, or even the ground-it triggers an inward-rotating implosion. The struck area starts spinning violently toward the center like a collapsing vortex (think a black hole made of pure rotational torque). This doesn't just crush outward—it pulls everything inward while twisting and compressing: bones snap in a spiral, metal warps into a tight coil, flesh tears in helical patterns, and the target is slowly
"sucked" and compacted into a smaller, denser point. The rotation builds over a few seconds (1-3 depending on power), giving the victim a brief window to feel the horror before the full implosion.

O usuário para ativar o stand necessita de estar a 40m e não ser lembrado ou conhecido pelo alvo,ao ativar,o stand se personifica na linha de visão do alvo, normalmente em lugares escondidos que somente o alvo consiga enxergar com clareza,caso o alvo retire o stand de sua linha de visão,lembranças sobre ele serão levemente apagadas da mente das pessoas,isto é algo gradual,começando com leves esquecimentos(ex:esquecer que já o comprimentou) até o ápice de uma semana(memórias sobre você são apagadas instantâneamente,tornando você quase invisível para a sociedade.

O stand após ficar 1h sem ser visto teleporta para um lugar onde o alvo tenha menos passado(limite de pelo menos 1 vez nos últimos 5 anos),caso o stand fique novamente 1h sem o alvo o manter em sua linha de visão,ele irá teleportar novamente,porém nunca aparecerá em um mesmo lugar duas vezes seguidas,os lugares são categorizados por oque a sociedade considera um ambiente (ex: quarteirão,centro da cidade e etc)

É completamente possível amassar na porrada o stand,no entanto,sendo um stand automático,o usuário não sofrerá os impactos que o stand recebeu.

Stand: Ride The Lightning

Ability: Condense Lightning

Ride The Lightning has the ability to condense Lightning into anything Raiden can imagine, but he has to know the exact shape and weight of what he's trying to make, so if he tries to make a bullet of some sort he has to have an exact measurement of length, hight, width and weight to make. The bigger the item the longer it takes to make. Anything he makes will shock who ever is hit with it He can also make tripwires when stepped on it shocks who ever steps on it and sends an alert to Ride The Lightning.

Ride The Lightning Requiem: During one of Raidens fight with a person with a requime arrow; he nearly died but the requime arrow was stabbed into Ride The Lightning. Ride The Lightning gained the ability to "zap" a stands ability away; anything a stand has affected in the past minute will return to the state it was before. So lets say Crazy Diamond fixed a wall, if rtlr touched crazy diamond ; crazy diamonds affect would revert making the wall in its pervious state; if this is timed correctly the stands ability could be fully negated.

『Never Too Much』is a reference to the song by Luther Vandross. I really like this song, but wanted to give it a dark twist.

-Appearance-

『Never Too Much』is a humanoid stand. It resembles a man in a pinstripe suit, where the stripes have little heart designs. It wears a fedora, and closely resembles a 1930s gangster.

This stand is only visible if you hate the user. People charmed by the user do not see it working.

-Ability-

『Never Too Much』has the ability for all of its actions to seem harmless or beneficial. It can hide its true nature in plain sight, and is usually undetectable.

It can walk up and kill someone by shaking their hand, or giving them gifts — anything related to showing affection. When the victim leaves the stand’s area of effect, everyone involved will notice that the man’s arm was ripped off, or there’s a knife in their chest.

It could present someone with chocolates and pass every single test for poison, but when the target leaves its range they are back to being lethal (including if they already ate it).

The user could write a normal nice letter to someone, and it is actually covered in anthrax/ricin. The effect of the poison will not take effect until the person is far enough away from the letter. This guy could fix your car and it work perfectly, but when you get to the end of the road and hit the brakes outside of his range…. BOOM!!

If the stand user is very careful, they could potentially wipe out the main cast in one “stand battle”. The user could also use this ability to hide bombs and other contraband in harmless looking things. No bomb detection or stand (normally, this is JoJo after all) can detect anything it’s doing behind its affectionate facade.

Its main weakness is that the person must accept the gifts/services this stand provides. If they reject it, the stand cannot hide something dangerous, because it needs “consent” in order to do it.

If a character is suspicious of the user, they can detect the stand. The user is naturally charismatic to work around this, and drop everyone’s guard.

Ability: Designate a specific song. The stand can target a person. If the targeted person hears, the user can resurrect from death. Different songs can be designated for different people.

Ability: Roll a 6 sided.dice. Each number has a different ability. The user can reroll as many times as they desire, but can only use the ability on the current number. The user does not need to physically roll the dice and can do so by using their intent

Appearance: A casino employee wearing white gloves. Their head is a 6 sides die.

1: Convert multiple eligible targets into only one

Eligible targets: Projectiles, injuries if they the result from multiple of the same attack or an attack causing multiple the same injuries like varies stab or cut wounds, bacteria/viruses, ect.

Targets must be quantifiable into multiple units and does not apply to measurements. Does not apply to punching and other physical attacks.

2: Divides things a targets traits into two. Traits are limited to speed, durability, offense and range. Only 1 trait can be divided at a time and persists for 1 minute. Rerolling the die instantly restores the divided trait. The user must wait 10 minutes to divide another traits unless they reroll the dice.

1. Allows user to triple the effects other dice rolls with the same restrictions applying to them except Number 6.

2. Can double a target's properties

Properties are the same as Number 2. Effect lasts for 5 mins, but only works on one trait at a time. Effect persists even after die is refilled.

1. Remove a target's specific ability/traits that can be transplanted onto a target of the user's choosing.

Traits are the same previous numbers. Abilities eligible are stand abilities or other skills a target possess like a dog's sense of smell, a bat's echolocation or other discernible abilities and physical senses.

Ability: Welcome to the Snow

Dream Sweet takes the form of a humanoid figure in a large hoodie with star and crystalline shapes all over it, its lower half not having legs. It has the physical fighting stats of a peak human, with some added durability.

Its ability creates snow from itself, which falls gently downward. The user can summon the stand over their own body, or can have the stand manifest high into the air to greatly increase the range. The more area the snow created by Dream Sweet covers, the weaker the effects of the ability.

That ability is best described as; “Numb, Replace, Effect.”

When the snow touches a targets skin, the effect is already activating. The more snow that touches the skin, the faster the effects builds up. It begins as a numbing in the senses. All 5 senses are under the user’s control, able to pick and choose or just numb all of them until, if the user wishes, all senses are completely gone.

Once this has taken effect, the user is then able to create artificial stimuli within the target’s brain. Essentially illusions that perfectly use the victim’s 5 senses.

Finally, once under this effect, the stand can interact directly with the bodily functions of a target. The most common form of this and causing someone to sleep, be full of adrenaline, or even accelerate healing.

The timeline of how long it takes to effect someone varies by the range the stand is making the snow, how much the target it covered up to prevent it from touching their skin, and if the target is within the user’s line of sight.

This ability can either affect everyone within the snow, or just a single target, with a single target requiring the user to perceive them in some way and know where they are.

Finally, the user is unaffected by their own stand.

This stand represents my own nature. I like to think of myself as someone who easily breaks down people’s walls, is able to explain and express my own thoughts and feelings, and make them stick, causing actual change in others. It’s a type of manipulation, yes, but one with the desire to genuinely make someone feel better. However, this ability in stand-form is one that could FORCE others to be under this spell, unable to trust their own senses.

Ability:

Can create a copy of itself and attach itself to a living person/being and "possesses" them. The copy is only half the stand's size and it's stats are halved. The possessed person does not experience any changes and can continue as they were. Their memories, personality and abilities are unchanged.

When the copy attaches itself to a host, the user gains all the knowledge and memories of that person. The information gained only applies to when the stand copy was attached and does not apply any new information forward.

If the user desires, they can remove the copy from the host. Doing so triggers the stand'a second ability. Since everything the host did after being possessed was technically the copy's doing, removing the copy can undo any action done by the host. This includes murder and death as well injuries they inflicted or inflicted onto them.

The user can only possess a specific person with a copy once. After the copy is removed, the user can never possesses them ever again. Upon the user's death, all copies are automatically removed. Can be used on the user as well.

Has very little combat application, but can produce many copies. The copies must also physically touch the target. Can work on stands if the stand is possesses sentience a certain level of sentience

For anyone curious why I’m doing this: we didn’t have as many people this month for Standoffs so I’m rectifying that by increasing the Slander meme volume, as the song I want to use for Complete Standoffs Slander is a tad longer than I expect Slander to be by my own hand.

Song inspiration: The Emptiness Machine by Linkin Park.

Appearance: Appears as an almost crystalline humanoid, limbs hovering close to the main chest which appears as a black hole (not an actual black hole), but has a unique function. Whenever the user places something into the chest of Emptiness Machine, it can erase all instances of what was placed into it from the world, as if it never existed, however something can only be erased like this if the user completely understands the objects inventor, its uses, both intended and mundane, along with when it was created first in the world.

An object erased like this becomes “Lost” only the user of Emptiness Machine can remember its existence, and the world will correct itself by adjusting what is used in its place instead to make up for the absence.

The other ability of Emptiness Machine is called “Numb” which is a state Josaku can reach when he shows no outside emotion, including physical tells or vocal cries. When this state is accessed he can’t be harmed by physical, mental, or psychological means, as while in this state, the world can’t perceive him. He is empty. This also removes him from being affected by time altering abilities as long as he remains in the “Numb” state, the only way to break the Numb state is to force him to show emotion. Yes, the way you beat him is rage bait.

Josaku in technicality is a villain, but is in that morally grey both right and wrong area. His goal is to erase the tether the Joestar’s have to overall “righteousness” and their ultimate fate of fighting evil with every generation. All so he can allow the Joestar’s and all those connected to them the ability to choose their own fate rather than be bound to one set before them.

If I were to try and give this an actual canon, it would have to take place before Stone Ocean and the universe reset, as his goal is physically harmful to the memory the Joestar’s have already built, along with future generations. Leaving him as a toss up of if he was right or wrong in those who view his story.

This is Kiss from a Rose, I’ve been designing a handful of stands lately but really ended up liking this design.

Taking suggestions for the ability, my current thought is something like Enigma, hiding stuff in the fabric, but thought that was kind of stupid.

Dream Theater can create very realistic illusions. They are visible, hearable, they also have a scent, they are touchable, they have a taste, even though they aren't real.

It's secondary ability is Dream Theater: Octavarium, which can trap only one person at a time in their own head for 8 units of any time measurement, like for 8 seconds, minutes, days, weeks, months, years, but it must be eight. They'll be stuck in a place in the middle of nowhere, and a Newton's cradle is hanging from the sky (inspired by the Octavarium album cover).

[GU!BE] can place up to nine eyes on any surface. Any perspective viewed by these eyes are then replicated in a physical photo. These photos can be viewed by anyone as a live broadcast to those locations.
These photos can also be used to transport the user and anyone the user chooses to those locations, but doing so will burn the photo and destroy the eye.
