This sometimes makes me think, and wonder. Is there a official interview that talk about it or is there a meaning to it or what? But even so, Eva 04 still has a role in the story, it's role in the S² engine research (you can correct me if I'm wrong)

my asuka cosplay! I wore this to nycc! 🍓❤️

Please refrain from weird comments if possible. I just turned 18 two days ago.
I guess I should have expected this, since i posted on Reddit and this random is.. interesting sometimes. But either way, it’s weird. Thank you.

thank you so much for all the nice compliments! ❤️
i had a really fun time cosplaying asuka as i relate to her so much.

I don’t post much on Reddit, so hopefully im not doing anything wrong!!

Very fun to pose, shoulders are annoying. Wish there was more TV series merchandise, feels like mostly everything out there is for the rebuilds

It makes my eyes watery whenever kaworu begins glowing out of nowhere!

“She who must be obeyed”

Its not the most lyrically deep song not the most meaningful and hell its not even part of my favorite genre but yet ive been listening to it every day for a solid year and i still tear up listening to it from time to time and its never gotten old

I was hoping to get misato but oh well

Was wondering if these boxes happen to have a code on them to know whats inside each, i know some other brands tend to do that with their blindboxes so i wonder if that applies here too, since i dont wanna keep risking $25 to end up getting a duplicate

Hi! So it’ll be my bfs birthday soon and I’ve been thinking on what I could give him. He’s a HUGE fan of NGE since he was a child and it’s his No 1 anime of all time. Do you have any ideas of what could be a good gift for a Eva fan? Thank youuuu

I made this short film inspired by Evangelion, using Blender 3D for the CGI combined with real footage, just for fun

I was screwing around in infinite painter seeing what she would look like and I gotta say I kinda like this, like I like it like it. I kinda hate the real rebuild unit 00 but I guess it has a certain charm about it. Thoughts?

My attempt to catch up to the ROG Asuka keyboard I missed 2 Years ago.

But finally unboxed my unit 02 figure I picked up in Tokyo… it’s a bit bigger than my unit 01.

It is very likely it is one of the evas in rebuild series but I don't recognize the shape at all.

I received this in the post yesterday from Lock Books. There's no text in the book itself, but the publisher's blurb is as follows: "Neon Genesis Evangelion was one of the first anime to treat its on-screen typography as a deliberate design system. At a time when interface text in anime was typically hand-painted by subcontractors, director Hideaki Anno used desktop typesetting to exert direct control over the show's visual language. This pocket-sized book collects over 200 of those interface screens: computer displays, warnings, diagrams, targeting systems, readouts, and technical schematics, gathered as a survey of that design language in practice. Dense grids, elongated display type, countdown timers, glowing bars, and scrolling text recur throughout, applied with enough consistency to suggest a functioning operational system rather than a set of disconnected props. The result is a retro-futuristic military aesthetic that stays legible under its own density - exaggerated in style, but grounded in a genuinely considered typographic and layout logic." It's a fabulous concept, and an extraordinarily beautiful book, but I was bothered by some of the images inside it being very evidently stretched to fit the page when they'd have looked much better presented within a black margin, as on the front cover.
