Art piece I made
I tried to make it look like the enby flag. Its not the best thing ever, but I made the paper myself and needed to find a use for it

Hi, I’m Sophia (she/he), I’m a fluidflux individual (amab) who shifts between gender identities in various intensities. Today, my fem side is super strong and although I’m generally scared to show myself when I’m in fem-mode I kinda want my fem side to be seen.
Please be nice.

Little silly side note, this first photo shows the nails way better than any I got of the outfit I did them to match😅

So I'm looking to make some platonic friends in the community and hopefully talk through what I'm going through with people who understand.
I'm 35, amab, I've been grappling with my gender identity for a few years and, while I've been pretty sure since I was in my early 20s that something about it didn't add up, I recently came to terms with being NB. Earlier this week, I took the jump and came out to my partner (we've been together 10 years) and told her everything, then I had a complete meltdown and fell to pieces a little bit (more with relief than anything) and luckily for me, she's been really supportive so I'm at a point where I'm actually really excited about my future as a non-binary person. I'd love to talk to anyone in this sub about your NB experience and I'm happy to just be a sounding board of anyone wants to chat to me so feel free to DM me :) x

So, I'm 35, m (ish) and bisexual. I've been having a lot of mental health struggles recently and, although I have a fair few battles going on that I'm working through in therapy, it often comes down to gender dysphoria and an identity crisis that I never had the tools to work through.
Growing up in the 90s and going to high school in the early 00s in a small town in north-west England, gender dysphoria wasn't a thing we talked about. Coming out as bisexual was a difficult enough thing to deal with. I grew up in a hyper masculine bubble and actually only came out to my parents a few years ago, despite the fact that I was and still am in a relationship with a woman.
She had been amazing about it and is more concerned with me being ok with who I am, the idea of me exploring my gender identity is something she's willing to help me to do which is huge. I'm going to take it a step at a time and I have some huge internalized barriers to break down but I'm ready to start my journey as someone who has always felt they live outside the confines of traditional gender duality and now feels a lot safer being able to express that. I'm terrified but I'm also really excited about it.

Sorry about the last post it’s fix now I didn’t realise I included that pic but to everyone who commented on it thanks I appreciate it
Asking this because I definitely am. I have been thinking about my own mortality a lot more often ever since last Sunday. lol
I've been coping by getting back to my hobby of writing and joining Exército do Lula on Whats App.
What have you been doing?

I feel as if I’m non-binary because I’m non-binary. My body feels like a non-binary body, even if I do have sex characteristics I hope to change in the future.
I am simply my gender. My agab doesn’t play the slightest part in it.
