Are the boiled eggs good or rubbery?
I'm laid up for a while and need eggs for egg salad. I can't stand much so considering these but have had hit or miss experience with pre hare boiled eggs in the past. Anyone taste them?

My Soviet step grandmother is looking to subtly launch eggs in her goat loaf dinner event.
The important thing is that she cannot afford to compromise with elegance. We need only shellless recipes, which makes boiled eggs not an option for our refined goat loaf guests. Only the most top notch suggestions are invited. Also, if there's a way to incorporate bread, that would be great.

Question about Chinese Tea Eggs
Question about Chinese Tea Eggs
My favorite breakfast is 2 (sometimes 3) tea eggs and a pork bun. On Sundays I'll make a dozen of them for the week. Do you pre peel the egg shell and store them in the fridge or do you peel them as you eat them?
