Do people really hate browned omelettes?
Im not a culinary type of person but I know enough to get by and get my macros in without it tasting bad or it poisoning me because its undercooked lol. But apparently people think that browned omelettes are bad or even unappetizing? Me personally I heat it up to below medium, let the pan heat, pour my egg mix in there after a few, let it sit for a bit while making sure whatever liquid is left touches the hot pan, cover it to cook some of the liquid egg, flip it onto itself, and just keep flipping it around a few times to let the inside cook. And honestly the result isn’t the worst. It does taste a little nutty but its not obnoxiously tough to chew but its also not totally as soft as a pillow. But I like preparing it like this because its a pretty simple and easy way to make my eggs whenever i get tired of fried or scrambled.
