🧐 Review my Store 8 people reached checkout, 0 bought. What's killing my conversions? (Shopify, UAE, abayas)

Hey all, I run a small abaya brand in the UAE on Shopify. I'm looking for honest feedback on my product page and checkout
.

I'm running Meta ads to one product page (lace open abaya, 280 AED / ~$76, comes with a matching inner dress, free shipping in UAE).
Yesterday I got 1 sale, but it wasn't profitable. Today's numbers:
Spend: ~$110
Sessions: 124
Add to cart: 12 (~10%)
Reached checkout: 8
Purchases: 0
The add-to-cart rate seems decent, so I think the ad and product are working. Something is stopping people at checkout. My guesses are trust (new brand, no reviews yet), payment options, or something in the checkout itself.
For those who've sold in the GCC: how important is COD / Tabby / Tamara? Would you change anything on the page?

🛒 Technology What's the most time-consuming part of managing an online store?

For those running e-commerce stores, which day-to-day operational tasks tend to take up the most time?

I'm especially curious about inventory management, product information, and keeping things consistent across different sales channels.

Have you found reliable ways to simplify these processes, or are some tasks still surprisingly manual?

🧐 Review my Store Can a product be too niche ?

My wife has been running a small e-commerce business selling a specific type of product. It's nothing huge yet, but she's making around €1,500 in monthly profit, with an AOV of €120.

I'm interested in getting into e-commerce myself, and rather than starting from scratch, I'd like to help her grow what she's already built. We already have a product that sells and some proof that there's demand. Now, I'm trying to figure out whether it's worth investing more time and money into scaling it.

The main thing I'm struggling with is how to determine whether a niche has enough room for growth or whether we're likely to hit a ceiling relatively quickly.

For example:

- How do you estimate the actual size of a niche ?

- How do you distinguish between a niche that's too small and one where the marketing, branding, or customer acquisition strategy still has significant room for improvement?

- Are there any practical ways to validate a niche's growth potential before investing heavily in paid advertising, inventory, and other expenses?

I'd appreciate any real-world experiences, especially from people who have gone from a few thousand euros in monthly profit to significantly higher numbers.
