Hi! I’m Stephanie, the singer/songwriter of the band Snowcuffs. I’m currently working on a side project that leans heavier and dreamier than my current work, and I’m looking for musicians who would be interested in collaborating remotely!

I have the foundations of several songs written (vocals, lyrics, and rhythm guitar), but I’m looking for other musicians to help flesh out the arrangements, experiment with sounds, and bring the songs to life.

I'm especially interested in connecting with guitarists, bassists, drummers, and anyone who enjoys creating atmospheric, noisy, dreamy music.

Influences: Slowdive, She’s Green, Whirr, Wisp, Julie, Magdalena Bay, Mazzy Star, Yndling

My precious work:

• Snowcuffs – My current band https://open.spotify.com/artist/4VxgA0WpOM5uAsH3FegAfH
• My solo work (Stephanie Nikolas on Spotify) – Including an EDM track I wrote for a collaboration with some producers
• Blue Cove – An older, now-defunct project of mine

If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, leave a comment or send me a message! I'd love to hear your music and share some demos of what I'm working on. <3

Any feedback would be cool

New one from our trio in Bern, Switzerland. Dreamy, slow and a bit cosmic: a warm vocoder, an organ that arrives late, a chorus that opens wide and lands back on the voice alone. The song asks a question that keeps us up at night: "Why don't I remember my future?"

New indie artist Kemah Lindy, made the music video with just a $100 budget in her bedroom, and recorded the song in her room too. It’s streaming everywhere. Pretty cool song. I may or may not be biased…

I would assume most of you are fans of "Lazuli" already, but if not, give it a listen.

Featured prominently in many Shoegaze compilations, 14 Iced Bears started as an C-86 band and evolved into noisy-guitar.

Their earlier records were so rare in the 90’s, there were many CDRs/Tapes flying around.

Slumberland Records released this compilation in 2001.
It was 25 years ago, maybe you can a copy or two lying around your record stores. Good luck !

Perfect time of year to yearn

Hey everyone!

I’m in London-based band Toothpaste. We’re playing our only London headline show of 2026 this Thursday (15th October) at The Social in Soho, London and thought some people here might be interested!

We’ve spent the last year or so recording new material at Brighton Electric, mastered by Simon Scott (Slowdive), and we’re really excited to start getting it out into the world.

We’ve previously supported bands like Slowdive, Swervedriver and bdrmm, so if you’re into shoegaze, dream pop or slightly weirder guitar music, you might enjoy what we do.

We’ve got the wonderful Pitou and Ex-Family joining us, plus Blaine Harrison from Mystery Jets DJing afterwards.

Would be lovely to see some of you there! 💞

Hi!
Can you help me with lyrics transcription of these songs?

1. Karting - Daytona https://youtu.be/cCBJpIJrGAc?si=-A1ifjznwaI1MhTp
2. Karting - Radar https://youtu.be/gT-ojlOsVNk?si=CMPfnXaQTB_phvfU

Unfortunately, there are no lyrics on YouTube, Shazam, Genius, etc. I tried using several transcription AI tools, but they can't handle shoegaze and dream pop.

The artist is from Argentina, so maybe there are some local words or pronounces. To be honest, I don't know a single word in Spanish.

Thanks for your help!
