Hello I was messing around with dbfz again after not playing for a long time and I cannot get the 6H grab to connect after 5H or after 5H into 2S. It connects a couple times but more often it doesn’t. Is there something I should be doing that I’ve forgotten? I can’t seem to figure it out. Help is much appreciated thanks

P.S. Solved! I was rushing the 6H instead of giving it a slight delay so now it’s connecting thanks!

I have just gotten back into DBFZ. I play on PC and I find it really hard to find a good guide for comboes. It also doesn't help that the "bread and butter" comboes look way too complicated. Can anyone help? I currently use Cooler, Cell, 16, Janemba, and SSJ Goku. Also, all the "236M" and "5M" lingo is hard to get around

I had 1 kinda okay broly corner combo but im trying to learn new combos what do i need to do better or what can i change also what should i do after the grab?

I matched this “Zeno” a few times and I had forgotten he was a RQer (he doesn’t have a purple icon). Played him again today. He beat me the first round, now comes the second. He actually Happy Birthdays my first 2 characters - was pretty impressive. But then I mount a 1v3 comeback. I would’ve capped it off after reading his wake up lvl3 but he was too fragile to see it to the end. What a loser.

With the HB, the back and forth, and eventual the 1v3, this would’ve made a nice replay

So im pretty new to fighterz but i do come from playing ggst and right now ive been playing gogeta ssj4, UI goku, and broly z (or whichever one is the really big one i forget) overall im just looking forward any tips to improve with this team and how to play them etc. thanks for any help!

So I'm pretty new to the game, I kinda just know some combos and I'm still bad about using assists and switches ngl. I'm in android league I think, and I keep getting matched up with zombies? Like, these mindless, spineless husks of people? They lock you in a corner with an infinite combo you can't vanish or guard your way out of? They use every assist they have the moment they become unlocked just to keep you locked in their corner cuck chair combo? Ngl, I'm pretty salty, because it's EVERY match now, and all of them are using Bardock, S Broly, and either SB2 or some form of Goku.

And like I'm not even trying to be outright disrespectful even if I am lwk pissed, I just genuinely don't know how to win against these people😭 like please give me some sort of method. Preferably some way to actually get out of the combo💔

I was thinking "this shit ain't gonna kill" but then I saw that I got 2 bars thanks to passive bar generation and did the level 5. Oh well

( Goku blue, Vegeta blue and 21 are unlockables I got by playing the story mode and arcade mode)

I took some advice from my last post and decided to workshop the TOD. I expanded on the solo tod I already had and finished with this. Not the best but it works.

P.S. I didn't feel like timing the final attack which is why I used the super again. Obviously I can change that move mid match and kill without it.

- Damage and meter gain get absolutely pummeled when doing vanish mid combo.

- Recovering upwards can get you killed fast against a good Android 16 e.g., or any high/low mix when falling close to the floor.
