what the title says, but for more context i did the whole thing afterwards on the support website where you send a photo of yourself holding an ID (in this case my passport) as well as your discord username. in fact i sent TWO photos. i cant tell if im getting automated responses or not but in the first response it said 'looking at 18+ content while being under 18 is against our TOS and guidelines etc etc' sort of stuff, to which i responded with 'i know but i HAVEN'T. i'm wanting my age status to be changed back to teen so i DON'T see anything like that. please change it back.'

then about half a month later they responded saying my account had been suspended? but it hadn't lol, and my account's standing is still in perfect condition. does anybody know how i can try this again but ensure i'm talking to an actual human?

and the reason i lost it was because discord didnt verify emails, so being the genius kid i was- i wrote gamil by accident. AND IVE BEEN URGING AND WANTING my old acc

Two days ago, my Discord was working perfectly fine, and then I left the house. Came home 4 hours later, and when I booted up my pc and opened Discord, the screen was grey, and it showed my direct messages and servers on the left, and that's it. I used Task Manager to force-shut down, restarted my pc, logged in and out of my account, and nothing.

One of my bsfs suggested I uninstall and reinstall the whole thing, so I did. When I opened it, it was even worse, now the whole screen has my profile effect on it and all I can see are the servers I'm in on the left. Clicking on them does nothing, and after about 2-3 minutes, the crash screen shows up. Discord on my phone and tablet is still perfectly fine. I've been using Discord in my browser to talk to my friends when I'm on my pc but I hate it, and I want the app to work so bad again. Has anything like this happened to anyone, and if so, is there any way to fix it?

This is one of my friends server and no one has permission in the server for now. I’ve received this notif from a channel no one can chat in apart from my friend and it’s someone adding a server? It hasn’t changed the amount of people or anything but can someone please tell me what tf this is? And how do they have perms?

Hello, so basically i was on a discord server, and there was this guy saying "im 6" so i was jking and saying "im 7" then later on after 10 mins or smth. i got suspended by being less than the required age, even though i aint 7. I submitted a ticket and idk wht to do next.

i sent 2 support stuff by now and i’m still ghosted. I have 4 discord violations, which were all false and taken out of context because theres someone targetting me to get me banned. i can’t do anything about it either, because ive been waiting an appeal for one of my warnings since august and yet theres still nothing. i really just don’t want my account to get banned for stuff i never did. could someone please please just help me with advice on what to do if i’m being ignored on both the app and support system?

Why is the support on Discord so awful? It’s basically just a chatbot that gives the same reply to every message you send, and no matter how much you say you need a real person, the bot couldn’t care less – it’ll just keep saying, “There’s nothing we can do about it, try another method or wait a couple of weeks (go fuck yourself).”

Why it doesn’t track at all?!? that’s so annoying

So I was trying to verify my age with this new age verification that "everyone is looking forward" firstly it has more methods such as Face scan, ID, credit card and agekey, I tried using face scan and ID and it keeps saying "Verification failed cannot verify your age" until it being removed. And now there's only a Credit card which I don't have because the credit card thing is unnecessary for my life and an agekey that still has the same method like on discord which is not working, it says the method will be available later but I waited for it for a week and still no thing appears. Is there anything I can do

is there really no way to access back to an account that has no email and phone number,, i accidentally logged out of one of my accounts without adding an email a few years back. will discord support help me, or do i just have to hack my way back into it :/

So basically awhile back me and my friend were messing around and joining random servers, I left them all but one and being in that server got my account banned for around 2 years I believe, turns out that server had a secret channel which had blatant self🔪 in it that you needed a special role for, I was obviously pissed and had no way to contact discord personally, I have no idea what I can do and I personally am not wiling to wait 2 years because of something that is not my fault.

Hey, I’ve seen these images a few times on here but I just want to make sure I’m taking all the right steps to protect myself.

It only happed a few hours ago, luckily I was online and was able to catch them sending messages on my second monitor before they could really do much. Only sent around 30 DMs before a changed my password. They also got on my alt account which was honestly the scary part.

I unplugged my ethernet, and changed all my passwords on Gmail/ socials/ banks from my phone. Plus I deactivated the cards that were saved on my PC just in case. So far it’s only been my discord accounts that have been affected.

My main question is what do I do now. I’m currently backing up all my photos/ videos from my PC to a USB (there’s a lot of them). But after that I’m a little lost. I’ve seen some people saying to just factory reset my PC and others saying I need to reinstall windows again.
Honestly I’m just super sleep deprived and freaked out because this happened right before I was about to pass out. So any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I was using Discord normally when I suddenly got logged out of my account.

When I tried to log back in, my password seemed correct, but Discord kept showing “Invalid password.” When I tried the “Forgot Password” option, it asked me for a 2FA code, and I couldn't proceed.

I don't remember which authenticator app I used, and I don't have my 2FA backup codes. However, I still have access to the email address linked to my Discord account.

I'm confused about why my password is being rejected and why I'm being asked for a 2FA code when trying to recover my account.
