Info Where to start

We are a family of 4 and also have 3 other house holds we look after making a total of 8 people. Trying to look into couponing to save us on basics like toilet paper, soap, detergents etc. Is there a YouTube video or someone I should follow to learn? Are newspapers still necessary?

CVS Extra Care Membership

If you shop CVS I highly recommend getting their membership. It’s $48 a year which is $4 per month (or $5 a month if paying monthly ) but you get a $10 coupon every month plus a small percentage back. It really helps when they have those high upfront deals like the Scott toilet paper (spend $20) or the household deal (spend 30).

I’m a visual learner

I love seeing all these posts and would love to try, but no one really explains how to take advantage of the sales and coupons. Only a picture of what they bought. It would be helpful if the information of how you were able to buy the things, apps, stores, etc., was shared. 🙏🏼

Haul $19 at Acme

Post image

I used digital coupons at Acme to get all this for $19.43. I always add things to my cart in the app first to see how it will work out. I had 2 boxes of Cheerios but decided to add 2 more and my total went down by 2 cents so obviously I got 4, never would have known without the app.

Just started getting into DG couponing. With their m-f 5 off 25 I did a deal I saw online. Today I went for making my own with things we needed at my home. It took like 5 days to figure out how all the coupons would work together and how I can get the most for less.

Well I’m proud to say I got $47 worth of items for $21! Maybe not the best deal around but to have these things we need at such a great price. I’m over the moon

Discussion Coupon Sites? Extensions? Misc??

Hello! I am new here and I'm wondering how couponing works. I've been thinking of it since the Honey extension controversy and was wondering where you actually find coupons to begin with.

Right off the bat- I'm not american, which I'm sure is important, but I'm curious if anyone here knows where/how to even look for coupons to begin with since I'm not sure where to start 😅

I'll be happy to get advice/tips/sites/whatevers if you got any :')

Any AdvanceAutoParts discount corporate codes that work?

My company used to have a corporate discount code and it no longer works. Once I bought an alternator for $300 brand new and was able to get $50 discount with the corporate discount code through my company + 3% cash back with PayPal and 2% with Rakuten. Nice savings at the time and I really needed an alternator, fast! Are there any discount codes that work that your company is offering? My car needs lots of things so I am trying to save money while unemployed at the moment.

Price-Crawling Tools?

Hello! I have a question that I'm sure somebody in here has looked into and can point me in the right direction-

Looking to start a small art business, and I want a tool that will crawl all the big online marketplaces and wholesalers and find the best prices on, say, LEDs, water pumps, bulk minerals, that kind of stuff.

Any ideas?

Ibotta issues?

I have been having to report issues on Ibotta in order to get my offers. It used to work almost flawlessly. Has anyone else had this issue too lately? If so, and you switched to a different app which one did you switch to and do you like it?

Need help with yogurtland coupon

Hello everyone!

So long story short, I’ve been going to yogurtland only when I get coupons for them. The deals are usually buy 1 get 1 free, buy 1 get 1 50% off and buy 1 get $2 off your purchase I believe.

So I go to the store and obv I read the rules and regulations of the coupon. Before I got a cup, I asked one of the workers if there’s a cup size limit to which they said no. I get the big cups and present the coupon when I get to the register. The manager of the store laughs and says that I’m violating the coupon by getting the big cup sizes. I smile back and reply that I’m not because the coupon doesn’t state anything about size restrictions. She gets the coupon up to the face and points at the picture, saying that the picture is showing small cup sizes so I can only buy small cup sizes with that coupon. I ask her to point out where the rules state that because it’s to my understanding that the images are only visuals and not a form of regulation.

So my question is; do these coupons have cup size restrictions?

$31.30 total, $20 Walmart Cash back, $1 Ibotta cash back, and $10.30 final cost!

I compared the prices with HEB, where everything would have cost $34.62 after their available coupons. I think I got a fair deal!

Did You know You Can Coupon Stack at Harbor Freight

https://youtu.be/yiZ1pPQ3Hsc?si=Nmm6e1d4WhEbLFrT

Just saw this video and wanted to share. Apparently Harbor Freight's 15% and 30% Inside Track can be stacked with "Instant Savings" items! Yes, the 15% and 30% coupons stack directly on top of Instant Savings items. Here is exactly how the Harbor Freight register logic treats this unique combination: Why Stacking Works on Instant Savings Harbor Freight has a strict rule that percentage coupons cannot be combined or stacked with other coupons or regular Inside Track Club (ITC) member-only deals. However, Instant Savings and "New Lower Price" markdowns are treated as a temporary price reduction rather than a coupon. Because the register recognizes the Instant Savings amount as the item's new base price, the 15% or 30% coupon calculates its discount on top of that already lowered price.

Discussion How effective is the "account delete and make a new account" method for better discounts?

I saw a comment on the sub where the OP said they stopped getting the '70% off up to 140 discount' and a fellow redditor asked to do this. I am facing the same crisis and need some enlightenment whether to follow this path or not.

PSA - An actual useful Wegmans coupon exists

I know a lot of folks are struggling and every little bit helps, Wegmans app has 5$ off any 35$ purchase in the digital coupons. It's rare that they have a useful coupon, let's make sure we all use it!
