And both Caleb and Matas happen to be our most important players. It’s cool following the legacies of both MJ and D. Rose.

This is a really interesting player...and beyond just a couple dozen games of solid play. The guy is 6-10 and pretty athletic.
He got NO playing time in Minnesota. Like...averaged literally 2-5 minutes a game, and didn't play much at all, spending time in the G league.
He's still only 22. Is it possible he really has turned into legit player, potentially a starter in this league?
This obviously is pie in the sky stuff...but I'm envisioning a gigantic and athletic 1-4 of Giddey, Buzelis, Wilson, and Leonard at the 4.

At the preseason game right now with my family at the United Center, Bulls vs Timberwolves, and security just told us that my kids were being too loud?? What?? How is that even a thing at a basketball game? They're literally flashing "get Loud" at the jumbotron. SMH @bulls...

We’re days away from the Chicago Bulls embarking on their journey to build a core that’s relevant in the Eastern Conference again. They are young, explosive, lanky and fun. What more can you ask of these baby, rebuilding Bulls?
Better yet, what’s in store for them?
Here are five predictions for the new-look Bulls and their season:
Caleb Wilson has done the easy part: Bring eyeballs back to the Bulls.
For all his hype and flashes of summertime hope, Wilson has reeled in the longtime fans who left, the emotionally exhausted ones who stayed, the NBA League Pass lurkers, the fair-weather citygoers.
His combination of explosiveness, audacity, confidence and aptitude has contributed to the breath of fresh air in the building. And his circumstances give him the runway to contend in a competitive Rookie of the Year field.
The Bulls are not primed for the postseason — if you don’t trust me, ask Las Vegas — but they won’t be so bad that Wilson’s body of work will be dismissed. That sort of thing doesn’t often factor into decision making, but there usually aren’t four worthy candidates.Wilson, the fourth pick in June’s draft, won’t have the burden of being expected to win like his draft-day contemporaries AJ Dybantsa, with the Washington Wizards, and Darryn Peterson, with the Utah Jazz.
He’ll need a well-rounded season — meaning he’ll need to clean up his defensive tendencies — but Wilson’s embrace of responsibility and willingness to score should spell a productive rookie year.
His biggest threat in the race could be Cameron Boozer, who leads the expectation-free Memphis Grizzlies and is surrounded by several pieces that already make sense alongside him. He’s polished and productive, just not flashy.
Wilson brings plenty of flash. And in a league where so many viewers craft their opinions from afar, through highlights and social media, Wilson should benefit from it.
Coach Tiago Splitter’s offensive creativity is already apparent. But few men can mask the disorder that comes with directing such a youthful offense.
Only one player seems immune to all the dry spells and confusion: Norman Powell.
The veteran guard’s skill set and tricks almost guarantee that he’ll average double figures. No one on the Bulls — hell, few in the league — can bait fouls as he does; I’d blindly bet my bank balance that he’ll lead the team in fouls drawn on 3-point attempts. He’s the only movement shooter in the rotation, unfazed by closeouts. There’s also the matter of Chicago’s lack of sufficient ballhandling, which will inevitably force Powell to put the ball on the floor.

I've always been bad at determining who are the best and worst defenders on the Bulls and in the NBA. For the Bulls, who are our best defenders and who are our worst? Is there a defensive statistic that I can use to judge this? Also, what is the best way to determine who are the best and worst defenders on other teams in the NBA?
