Hello! I'm here asking if anyone has a good link to an article that clearly goes about breaking down the new laws in the USA concerning CBD. (Thanks government.)

I am a caregiver for a person who experiences brain inflammation and CBD has been the most helpful for them. We are trying to figure out if trying to make our own CBD with what we understand of the incoming changes would be more useful. I'm also not clear on how I would go about that. I am used to making herbal tinctures of leaves, roots, bark, etc of other plants but am seeking information on making my own CBD. Any help is appreciated!

**Also unsure if this will block the purchase of the whole CBD hemp flower.
