I love how often calicos look haunted.
I would say 8-10 weeks+(hard to tell exactly at this point). She should be eating normal kitten food and able to use a litter box regularly.
Some cats don't drink a lot of water and get most of their moisture from food. Assume all baby animals have worms and need to be dewormed. Has she been to the vet yet?

They've definitely all seen some shit... It's usually their own, but the point still stands.

What a cutie pie! I would take her in for a vet check. Thank you for saving her! ♥️
There's a YouTube vlogger who has great tips... The Kitten Lady.

She looks old enough to be eating solids. Feed her kitten-specific food. Ideally wet and dry. If you don’t find that she’s eating it at all, try to encourage wet food by spoon feeding. If that doesn’t work, try bottle feeding but she shouldn’t require it at that age which is why I don’t suggest starting with that. Has she not eaten at all in those two days? If so definitely try KMR or other milk replacement and bottle feeding because she needs to eat stat.

She looks around 7-8 weeks. Let her come to you. She looks scared in the pics.

Try Royal Canin babycat dry food. It has the nutrients she needs and they cannot resist it. The kibble is also made tiny for small cats. By the time you finish that bag, she'll be ready for whatever dry food of choice

She looks to be around 12 weeks but a vet visit would confirm.
What a little doll!

Maybe 3 months old.
Most cats are lactose intolerant, so they don't need milk. Some can be selective on the food they eat but when they're hungry, they'll eat.
Naturally take them to a vet to make sure there are no underlying health issues, worms or parasites, and get them vaccinated.

My suggestion would be a vet visit. I don’t know if she still needs milk. I can’t really tell her age.
