Is it Seasons 5-8: The Post Klasky-Csupo era, but still within what is generally considered to be the Classic era.

Is it Seasons 9-13: The Post-Classic Era/Pre-Digital Era. I know there are a few Digital Episode attempts prior or within to this era, namely Season 7's Radioactive Man. However, it isn't until after Season 13 when The Simpsons goes fully Digital.

Is it Seasons 14-19: The Digital Era

Is it Season 20: First half was the Digital Era, the second half was the HD era. Its honestly hard to define this season in terms of Art Style.

Is it Seasons 21-23: The Early HD era

Is it Seasons 24-28: The HD era when Film Roman were still animating the series. The reason why this is seperate from seasons 21-23 is because, I feel like from The Saga of Carl onwards, the landscapes themeslves are drawn beautifully. Just look at those landscapes of Iceland in the Saga of Carl, just beautiful looking.

Is it Seasons 29 Onwards: Basically the post Film Roman era.

Personally, my favorite art style era, is the Digital Era from Seasons 14-19. I love vibrant colors in the show, and Ifeel like that era combines vibrancy with the "dirty art style" (if that makes any sense). Doesn't help is that the Digital Era is how I look at The Simpsons.
