Rip Cheech. I really hate to turn Cheech's night into something about Dave but the dropoff from Cheech to Dave feels as if it's fallen into the Mariana Trench. Dave is like plain boiled chicken breast with no seasonings. He's dull, tries too hard to be funny and just has no chemistry with Shorty. Shorty does his best to set Dave up and Dave just doesn't have it. I hear Shorty pity laugh Dave's jokes like 10 times a game and I just cringe listening to DT. I really couldn't stand him since day one but thought he might just need some time... Well he's been given that time and imo, it's not working... I really hope they replace him, soon.

Am I just crazy?!

I really enjoyed tonight and the theme of it. The flying hotdogs with a pack of ketchup were a nice touch.

Cheech was our grandpa that somehow connected to you in a way through our televisions for so many years, and it was pure magic.

A story that you hang on every word for, interesting facts pulled out of the wood work and never cherry picked, and John Garrett a Vancouver Canuck through and through.

Nobody will fill his shoes, ever and maybe not even ever come close.

We'll always miss ya cheech, and never forget you. RIP.

On a night celebrating Cheech, it sure was nice to hear the calming voice of Hughson in the 2nd intermission.
