hi reddit! i worked at a franchised arbys from 3/12/25-10/18/26 and have seen how abysmal it is. tldr? that place needs completely new staff from minors to District/Area Manager. owners are aware of most problems and do not care as long as there's a profit.
My question: is there any way that anything can happen? i know that it's a long shot but honestly that place shouldn't be serving food nor be open.

For me, nothing beats a beef n cheddar with a side of a few potato cakes.

Does anyone work for Arby's or happen to know what brand of grenadine they use? It has such a good balance of flavor, whereas other grenadine seem more sugar than fruity flavored to me.

Hello fellow redditors, you may know me as the Arby’s nipple squirrel. This is the best photo I could find, I had to blur due to the mutilated nipples. Just… Close your eyes before you look. This is the recreation of the accident.

I saw a squirrel walking around inside the Arby’s without nipples…? #WTF
How to attached photo evidence…??? help!!

Gosh was that bland. I even had the deluxe with lettuce and tomato and it didn’t help. This sandwich really could’ve used a sauce or better yet a sprinkled on seasoning. Anyone else had one yet?
My friend Kevin is having Arby’s cater his wedding but ISN’T SERVING ROAST BEEF OR BEEF ’N CHEDDARS. ðŸ˜
An Arby’s wedding without roast beef is a national tragedy.
Reddit, help me right this wrong. Sign the petition and demand that Kevin HAVE THE MEATS at his wedding!

I used the mobile app last night which is how I ALWAYS order. I was using coupons because I’m broke. I clicked my Apple Pay and noticed it was charging me $75.60 for two sandwiches and two fries! I tried to cancel it but it was too late. There was zero place to cancel on your app. I called the store immediately and they didn’t even have the order on their screen yet. They said that it multiplied the sandwiches and fries. I said well don’t make all that I wanted 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. They said fine but we can’t give your money back. WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? They said I had to go through corporate in the morning. I lost my mind! I got the district managers number who also confirmed nothing they can do. WHY IS THE CUSTOMER GOING THROUGH THIS DRAMA WHEN YOUR STORE ONLY MADE THE REQUIRED SANDWICHES? Why would they not be giving me cash back and then seeking reimbursement from corporate? I have put in several complaints and been on the phone for hours today to only be told I will be getting a call back in 3-5 business days!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They are saying there is no supervisor there is no way to get me to the refund department or ANYTHING! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ARBYS!! I have already sent in a complaint to the BBB. I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK AND U BETTER CALL ME TODAY! IM OFF FOR TWO DAYS I WILL CALL YOU EVERY HOUR!

I went to order the weekend BOGO today and was floored to discover that they no longer offer the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich or Reuben. I couldn't even order the gyros sandwiches using the coupon.
What the hell Arby's?

I get it without the onions, and it takes it from a 6/10 to a solid 7.8/10 on the fastfood sandwich scale. Honestly just douse everything in garlic butter at this point

Well I recently learned Arby's has a gyro. I never eat Arby's. Always found the food horrible. But I wanted to try their gyro last night.
First off it was horrible in the general sense. And now I am sitting on the toilet for the 4th time today at work.
Never again. Never again will I subject myself to this. No more Arby's ever.

I got this sandwich and it made me very sad because it tasted like a leather belt.
