Why pleather WHYYYYYYY I've been gentle with it it's been on my papa bear for years but it just doesn't want to survive

I work at a totally remote company but we have a summit every year so people can meet and see each other. I've been too sick to come to any of them since I started three years ago. So while I see them online, I've not met any of them in person until today. They all loved Baz though. 🥰 We have two days of the summit to go!

I found this BAB sloth on eBay new and unstuffed and I found this outfit and hat at Goodwill for $1 for the whole outfit. I finally have a BAB that can wear this hat without having to cut ear holes into it to fit onto my other BABs.

This guy is SUPER soft and photos of him do not do him justice... much cuter in person. I love that his claws are very soft and not that hard, rough kind of felt like the werewolves have. I stuffed him myself and added a beating heart into him and was able to close him up with his original string (I got to feel like a bear builder for once).

I got like 10 pieces of baby clothes for £2 in a charity shop today! Although I am modifying some of them to fit better and add tail holes lol

Alright ya'll, my Fa La Llamas got here today, and I promised someone on my last post about the Llamas that Id tell them what they feel like; so first off;

Cute. As. CRAP!!! 😁 😊😍 OHMEGOSH, the baby! I've never seen a cuter mini bean! Secondly, they are both soo fluffy and soft, definitely not sherpa (I know they didn't look sherpa, but just to clarify 😅) they both feel like Happy Hugs Teddy, a classic BAB. The only thing I was worried about was the fabric on the regular size Llama, but it's actually quite the opposite! The big Llama hooves are soft like the bottom of Teddy or Pawlette's feet, and the baby Llama has the 'hard' fabric hooves, same material as the Dia De Los Muertos Bear/Cat BAB.

Sorry, I'm not good with describing material or fabrics much, but I do hope most/lot of you guys understand what I'm sayin. 😅😁

I hope this helps anyone/everyone who was debating getting the Llama/s. They are adorable, and first time ever, I'm in love with a mini bean! 😁😊🦙🦙🤍🔔

I'm still gently combing out her fur so excuse the slight curl and clump. Her seam is open as I just replaced her stuffing, heart, and inserted a scent.

SO. I purchased this V1 on ebay (aus buyer from an aus seller) and she has inconsistencies with a standard v1.

There is another user on here with a v1 like mine. I cannot date my v1 as she doesn't have her tush tag. Her yellow label is on her hip, not her thigh, which is consistent with the other bunny that was dated (on her tush tag) to 2011. 2005 V1's have their yellow labels sewn into the seam of their thigh, and it should be visible when viewed from the back and not the side.

There are very few remains of my bunny's tush tag left. I cannot identify if there was an additional overlapping date of production label originally sewn onto her. The 2011 V1 from the other user's post had a production date label.

I paid a standard collector price for this bunny and will be incredibly upset if she is a rerelease from 2011. I am aware the australian bears sometimes have production differences compared to American productions but this feels off.

Her internal barcode matches a pre-2010/2009 hangtag though, as I'm fairly sure dark blue hang tags were switched over in 2009/2010 and my 2012 lamb had a dark blue barcode from a dark blue hangtag.

I have no other ways to date her. Visually, she matches the 2011 example. It would suck if she's a rerelease because I bought her with the intention of her matching my birth year, plus I no longer have the funds to spend on a 2005.

Any help?

Feeling frustrated with college at the moment so I decided to dress up the monkeys for fall! I love older clothing. I had the cheetah pajama set since a kid and found the robe online and decided to find George (brown monkey) a vintage robe from himself!

I was hoping to be able to get the Scar Bucket from McDonald's, but my McDonald's didn't have any of those ones unfortunately. That's ok, I don't mind 101 Dalmatians, too. I felt silly enough as a full adult getting a happy meal 😂😂😂

My son’s bday is at the end of October . I’ve had an account on build a bear since last year (in which I apparently accidentally put his birth month as November- I just now realized this). We’ve never claimed a birthday bear before. It says online you have to enter in their birth day BEFORE their birth month begins and then you get an email on the first of the month with some sort of offer to get the birthday bear for the month of their birthday. I just changed his birth month to October (since this is the month of his birth), but according to what the website says I wouldn’t be able to claim birthday bear until next calendar year. I’m bummed and my son is bummed bc we were going to take him on his actual bday (he’s turning 3). If I were to go to a store with my son, give them my account #/email addresss to my BAB account, and provide my son’s birth certificate for proof of bday - do you think they would allow us to get the birthday bear? Or do they require you to show them an email offer for the birthday bear? Thanks in advance!
