I used to post pretty regularly on bookstagram until a few months back. But it started feeling overwhelming and then I kind of just never took any effort. The past days though, I've been in a creative boom and these are a couple of posts I have scheduled!

How much time do you spend on IG

I have an account with over 4k followers. How much time do you find yourself spending on IG? Do you do it all at once, or break it up during the day. I want to try to engage as much as I can. I’ve made great friends. I also get a bit overwhelmed by it, afraid I’ll miss comments or liking peoples posts and stories. And, I want to prioritize reading. Appreciate all tips. Thank you.

Weekly friends follows

Would you fellow Bookstagrammers like a weekly Follow Friday thread? 📚🤝

Inspired by Goodreads’ Weekly Firends Megathread and Fable’s weekly friend-following Megathreads,

we could have a dedicated space to share profiles, follow like-minded readers, and find fellow book lovers with similar tastes.

Think of it as a little Comic-Con meetup for readers — helping us find our people and build our reading circles! ✨

Would you support this idea? Vote in the comments using an emoji!

👍 — Yes, absolutely! 📚 — Yes, I'd love to find fellow readers. 🤔 — Maybe! 👎 — Not interested.

If enough of us love the idea, perhaps the mods could introduce it as a weekly community feature. Feel free to share your thoughts below! 💬

Buchnerds & Gaming Buddys gesucht!

Hey zusammen 👋

Sarah ✨️

I built an app where you find your next romance read through a single quote 💕

Every reader knows the feeling of a line that stops you cold and makes you need the whole book. I wanted an app built around exactly that moment, so I made one.

It's called Ineffable, and it's made by a reader, for readers:

  • A quote swipe feed, so you discover books through their best lines
  • Trope and vibe search, for the exact mood you're in
  • Spice levels and spicy chapters, so you know what you're getting into
  • TBR shelves for everything that catches your eye

If you want to be one of the first in, join the Ineffable waitlist.

The app is still coming together, and I'd love for you to be part of the story. Follow along on Instagram for quote drops, trope lists, and a front-row seat to how Ineffable is built.

Discovery that feels like falling. 🩷
