I'll admit im not so great at BO2 multiplayer, but ive been enjoying playing it again on the Ps5 port after a 10+ year absence from playing the Ps3 version. There's certain maps though that i just get destroyed on every time, without fail and i dont really know why:

- Aftermath

- Meltdown

- Downhill

- Mirage

- Detour

- Takeoff

- Dig

Just wondering if anyone else had certain maps they dont play as well on?

For a couple weeks now Im noticing, that I often have Ghost Bullets. I have situations where I clearly am on the enemy and the bullets are not connecting.

Does any one have the same issues and is there a fix for it?

Today was my first time seeing it, before that I had only seen modded accounts and coloured names. Anyone else had this?

Edit: just for clarification this is on the PS4/5 ports

Even TDM isn't safe anymore

i have nat type 2 and upnp enabled and i cant host either zombie or multiplayer is sommething i can do please tell me

If you run into AWHILE and Mess, they’re using walls and they suck ass at the game. I just beat them in a TDM match and they dipped out immediately to avoid that trash talk 😂😂

Tryna play some games. Core or hard-core, adults please since im old af. My KD is 1.55 but it doesn't matter im just trying to make friends! Add me: Rationalgoof

Going through cancer treatment right now. So im going to be home for the next 2 months.

Hi guys! Anyone down to play together and get some good killstreaks? 🎮🔥
I have to mention that only players playing the port. (Ps4/Ps5).

I recently bought a copy of black ops 2 for the ps3. it’s been crashing my whole ps3 all the time. I’ve signed out of psn and auto sign in is turned off. I even returned the game and got another copy to delete and reinstall with no luck. am I just screwed? mostly playing zombies but did play some couch multiplayer gun game which seemed to run fine. hope that there’s some sort of fix out there, LMK.

Edit: I do not play multiplayer in case that’s important

I've pretty much played the default maps to death, so I'm thinking about buying the DLC maps. The problem is, apparently once you buy them, you can't remove them, and I've seen quite a few people say they regret buying them.

But from the gameplay videos I've watched, they actually look pretty fun. If you've bought any of the DLC maps, I'd love to hear what you think of them!

I'll probably upload the killcams but it's becoming obvious that wall hacking is here for good.

I run Ds and ghost, getting centered through multiple walls and prefired.

Maybe we can start a sticky where we can link to killcams of cheaters. Or, maybe we can organize a league or vetted hacker free lobbies.

Or realistically, run 6 man parties to combat this. ImMarksman knows how to handle it lol

• edit I haven't played CoD since ww2 but remember the og CoD4 being overrun by modders. I put all this time building my muscle memory and "getting good" again for nothing! Lol

If you had told me in July that I'd get 2.5 good months to relive the past ( even experience this on dedicated servers), I'd still pay the 20. That said, I voted against CoD with wallet years ago, before it was cool.

This whole experience was a microcosm of my time playing CoD, condensed into 3 months

Can we ban “swatting” players on here? Half of the posts I see are people reporting “hackers.” Statistically it is more likely that the posters are garbage at the game. I’d hate for innocent players to get banned from the game for being good.

Hi all, back on the port (PS4/5) and keen to have a regular party up for TDM games. I play SnD often as well. KD is around 1.5ish most of the time, so I’d say above average to good but not great. I’m early 30s so if any older gamers that’d be good.

Pretty relaxed though, not looking to be too sweaty just have fun and play with people who are a bit more aware of what’s going on during a game.

Dm or comment if u keen

Looking for a Casual Black Ops 2 Clan on PS4/PS5 🎮

Hey everyone! I've been playing Black Ops 2 multiplayer for a while, but honestly, I feel like everyone is better than me. I'm looking for a friendly clan or group that accepts casual players and doesn't care about K/D or how good you are.

I want to find people to play with, have fun, and hopefully improve at the game together.

I also can't use a mic because people are sleeping at my house, so I'd need a group that's okay with playing without voice chat. I can communicate through messages instead.

I don't mind if you're better than me at the game. I'm just looking for some chill teammates who won't judge me for my skill level.

Platform: PS5
Region: EU 🇪🇺
Looking for: Players to complete the TranZit Easter egg (Tower of Babble) for the Platinum trophy.
Details:
I don’t mind which side we do.
Preferably players who know the steps.
We’ll arrange a date and time that works for everyone.
Comment or DM me if you’re interested, and we can organise a session.

I remember playing Black Ops 2 the first time and I was obsessed with the campaign. I don't think this gets talked about enough but the mission with Farid where Harper is yelling "WHAT KIND OF MAN ARE YOU?" always just hit me hard. It always made me think about life choices, even 10+ years later. Harper's VA absolutely killed it in the campaign. I just thought i'd share thoughts. It really hits deep for me and I don't see it talked about nearly enough.

Over the last week, I seem to keep running into this dude all the time. Just keeps killing himself over and over no matter what game he is in. Why? 😂
