There is this eagle that comes to my balcony and makes this sound like its calling me. He sees me for a minute or two then flys away. Any time i try getting closer to the glass door between us he also flies away. I know domesticating them might not be very legal. What could i do to feed it and is there any reason he keeps doing it? Another reason i can think of is someone else is feeding it and its looking for food from other humans. He/she so cute and i can look at him/her all day. Any idea if its a male or female?

PS - wasnt able to upload video on my earlier post so here it is

Is it a red-tailed hawk? There's some debate in the comments, but I figure you all would know.

First time seeing them in the wild,it was amazing👍

Audio recorded 10/16/26 around 1:30 PM in western Philly suburbs. Thank you guys in advance :)
