I’ve already had a BBL, but I’m looking for a much fuller, rounder result like the girls in these pictures. I’m a little overweight at the moment, so I feel like I have enough fat to work with.

Would a second BBL with a larger amount of fat transfer be enough to achieve this, or would I need implants as well? I’m especially interested in that extreme projection and roundness from the side.

If anyone has achieved a similar result, I’d love to hear what procedures you had done and how many rounds it took.

so hard to find older pics of me, I’ll keep digging and show more comparisons if anyone is interested!

(TS)

I've come a long and hard way through multiple surgeries, hormone therapy, and various procedures. I managed to work in a strip club, on a webcam and star in porn, and all this in order to become the perfect bimbo sex doll!
Boys, my tight and wet pussy is now always ready to take your cocks)

Thank so much for liking my work.
