God damn what a night. Reminder of just how good storehouse can be and glad they’re finishing it off with a genuine send off.

Sound, production, crowd (for the most part) all seemed pretty peak. Just wow. Still can feel it.

I’m sorry but that had to be one of the worst crowds I’ve ever experienced. I can understand being young and seeing your favorite DJ but that’s no fucking excuse to behave like that.

The entrance to the floor has no functional line and it there was a mass of people trying to get in. The situation genuinely was hazardous. The floor admissions line situation made it so that everyone was in a terrible mood during the rave. The highschoolers were pissing everyone off, the music was quiet, and the vibe of the crowd was awful. I also didnt think the set was anything special. I had a great time but nobody else in the crowd was moving.

Really disappointed with our experience.

• Having to body block for my partner several times because different men were pushing up against her and touching her
• Aggressive people pushing to the front, just to video on their phones / text
• People just.. not dancing?

I am connected with the underground scene in Denver / Boulder and had zero of these problems.

Where can we go to have respectful people, without their phones, who have a baseline EQ to not fucking grope people?

That set was straight electricity!

Not sure about the match up with Rubenstein though, pretty major tone change after and Studio was pretty hard to decelerate to after that. (Flax was great tho.) That said pretty hard to follow for anyone I think. I've never once been disappointed by Cisco since I first saw him at Twilo in 99 or 2000

New to nyc and raves in general. Went to basement alone last night because I’ve heard good things about Juliana and I had so much fun. It’s the next day and I’m still thinking about it, felt the need to share it somewhere

Went to Outer Heaven last night. Historically, the crowd was never the best, but last night the dance floor was moving like a stagnant puddle, DJ was mid, and of the like 6 people I interacted with half were so drunk that they puked at some point... disgusting.

I guess its back to taking the train to have fun. Please put me on something real in Manhattan to save me from the L 😭

Loved Black coffee not happy with the new pacha feels so small compared to Brooklyn mirage 🙈we had such a great event space not sure why they scaled down ! I really miss Brooklyn mirage hope it comes back to its glory 💕

Friday show security did not do a good job of keeping people out of the aisles. So much crowding and people pushing around to get back to their seats. God forbid an emergency happens and all of a sudden there’s a stampede.. all of that to say Saturday looked 10x worse

Anybody who was at Gryffin last night know if/why/where Gryffin disappeared to in the middle of his set? I was a bit far away so I couldn't really see. But it appeared to me and everyone around me from minutes ~30 to ~60, he wasn't in the elevated central spot or around his consoles anymore.

Was that on purpose? An accident? Or was he just in a side area that none of us could see?

This event was just bad & I feel for all the workers tonight and yesterday for all the harassment and having to play babysitter. On top of that, the underaged drinking that was being allowed was sickening. I do hope they never allow such a low aged event to ever happen at this venue again

Trying to decide between Funk Tribu at Knockdown Center and Somewhen tonight. For anyone who catches Funk Tribu's daytime set, how did it end up being?

We are so back. Old New York energy, with a twist of modern times. Younger millennials have been handed the torch. We have seen the industry go from a golden era, to bad to down right ugly. We’ve heard the stories of output, tunnel and limelight. We’ve watched as phones and social media slowly suffocated our favorite dance floors. We’ve taken all of this in and learned from all of it. My peers are now running the industry, and I’m proud to say they’ve nailed it. People are dancing. Phones are in pockets. Dance floors are diverse. Strangers are feeding off of each other’s energy. CIGS ARE BACK!!! Very stoked on the direction things are heading. Kudos to all y’all in the industry who are making the magic happen. End rant. Happy Sunday.

A group of 4 girls started dancing next to me and you guys were just having a time, talking to me here and there, and we were all being quite silly goofy. I said y’all were the most beautiful group of girls I’ve ever seen and that’s when you told me you were all sisters/step (or half?) sisters. Before you left you said you had a flight to Seoul to catch in a few hours.

You guys brought an energy that I really vibed with so I was disappointed that we didn’t get a chance to exchange IGs or something! Long shot but anyway, thanks for making my night!
