Hey!

I have an offer from Atlassian for a P50 role! ( Not a software engineer or tech role ) I am fairly happy with the base salary but from other offers I have seen the stock / RSU options seem low. Ive been offered 90k over 4 years but have seen others with offers of 90k per year. My shares would work out around 22k per year in shares which doesnt seem in line with other p50 offers who have comparably more.
Is there anyone who can share insights on what their share offers have been for this level?
