If paid : SD Maid is the best. Had it since 10 years ago

Your in luck, Samsung users can install the 'Good Guardians' App from the Galaxy Store, that and 'SDMaid' should be all you need.

Samsung has its own inbuilt Device Care that worked pretty well for me.

To add the steps for Device Care: open Settings → Device care (or Battery and device care, depending on your One UI version) → Storage to see what is actually taking up space. Review the files before deleting anything. Optimize now is also built in, so you can try that without installing another cleaner.
