Please give some constructive criticism. I don't know what I don't know.

Not looking to be big upped, just genuine opinions. 10 years ago I had plenty of confidence and had no issues. After health issues, weight gain, etc my self confidence has gone down and I’ve struggled to put myself back out there. Looking for genuine feedback.

41 married guy who hasn’t been in the game in a long time. Sometimes I think only my wife thinks I’m handsome.

I'm trying to work on myself to better my health and get into shape. I want to eventually get back into mma. What all do I need to do to increase my muscle mass as well as get back into cardio.

Am I an unattractive person? Every time I talk to someone and they see my picture, they stop replying.

Never had a girlfriend. Idk I never really was good with girls in high school. It’s probably because I’m kinda short (5’6). And height is a big thing in nyc. I’m in community college and working to save up so I can go to school in Florida, so I can maybe find someone who loves me for who I am (and study marine bio). But I just have been hating myself lately and it’s been really lonely. I’d probably cry if someone came up to me and told me I was attractive. Is there anything I can work on in the facial department? Maybe surgery?

Life is about working on yourself, so I figured I’d try something new like opening myself up for self-improvement to a larger audience.

i need advice on what can I fix.

the first image is of me during a normal college day, everything just feels wierd but ig id still consider it as a day where I didn't look like absolute shit (only reason why I was able to even share my pics)

the 2nd picture is me kinda in a casual dress but my hair is super shit

3rd is me clean shaven but hairs kinda nice, but it's like a once in a life time thing and never looks like that outside my house

4th is me with medium length hair

I was lazy to take a Pic with a r/amiugly text, that's an old pic of mine for another sub. Pls don't remove, im the guy

Btw I know that now I look Better but I wonder if I have changed so much like I think because to me my head looked much more rounded and big with that haircut. I think I looked worse.
