Let me start by saying I had been trying some trazodone for a few days and it must’ve been constipating me slightly, so I took a three capsules of magnesium oxide

which is a pretty low dose,

possibly at the wrong time of day (mg daytime) to coincide with being knocked out by Ambien (night)

At one point, I got up to use the bathroom and I was sitting there, and I didn’t realize my shorts were soiled

Until I look down, that is

I was actually confused so I went to look at the mattress and saw a little bit of a stain

That’s when I realize that at least I wasn’t trying to sit sit on the toilet with my pajamas on which was one thought I had at some point before I noticed

Luckily, I got into a shower and cleaned myself up

could’ve been a lot worse but from now on and I’d like to highly recommend if you take laxatives and Ambien, make sure to wear diapers

The good news is my mattress cover did its job. The bad news is I’m quite ashamed on some level, but this is just a testament to how much that shit knocks you out for sleep. I wish it lasted longer. No ok

I sleep on my stomach but then my necks at a harsh angle and it hurts in the day. I have pillow apparatus to help make me sleep on my back. But it takes two ambiesn to do that because my body is like *!! This is not following the sleeps protocol !!* But I don't know how many days it will take for my body to be ok laying on my back. I have a little extra ambien from vacation break i think, but not that much.

Also i put the minty potion on my back/neck, which did make it minty and distract from hurting, but it wore off now and it hurts again rip.

i’ve been on zolpidem for quite a while now but i’ve ran out of it and my next psych appointment isn’t until the next two months. i can’t ask for a refill or whatever, im not from the us, it works differently where i live. i have horrible horrible insomnia, i’ve been prescribed quetiapine as well and it helps me sleep BUT i sleep too much and wake up feeling hangover. and i have to admit that i like the way zolpidem makes me feel when i force myself to stay awake after taking it, i love its hallucinogenic effects and thats what i “miss” the most.

my friend told me he has zopiclone and can give it to me since he doesn’t take it at all. do you have any experience with that?? will zopiclone work similarly to zolpidem if i stay up after taking it?

i’m trying to stop taking opiates and go back to ambien but i don’t enjoy it much since getting hooked on opiates. but opiates r not sustainable for me, i wish i could fall in love with ambien again. i used to take 30+mg and now off 10 i feel like a bored zombie and cant stop thinking about opiates

I can’t sleep for shit because my brain loves to just repeat songs constantly, so I’ve been on Ambien 5mg for 1 week so far and I don’t think it’s working. I’ve started taking it an hour, sometimes 2 hours, before I want to be asleep and nada. I’m making sure I haven’t eaten within 3-4 hours when I take it and try to go straight to bed. I am on a GLP-1 and I know that delays gastric emptying, so does that mean I need to have my last meal 6-8 hours before I want to be asleep? That would mean eating at like 4pm and that’s so hard to do. I have done a Genesight test and Ambien isn’t expected to not work for me (I know the tests aren’t always 1000% correct).

I recently added 200mg of L-Theanine and GABA hoping that would help but it didn’t. Am I just doomed to eat dinner as a senior citizen? Or have to give up my GLP-1 (which has been a life changer for multiple reasons)?

I started with 30mg ambien early on, why not?

As I watched the movie the edibles begun to kick in (It was half a brownie almost)

At every "wave" of the edible, I'd get interested in the plot, just looped in, and Id say "Another ambien may just improve it"

Sure not, I ended up taking 150mg over the course of a few hours.

I have a tolerance, very high yes, but this and the edible just overcame it.

Had headphones still on, either decided to put trippy music or continue watching the movie and , whatever the case, got auditory hallucinations first

Then I could see the music or audio as fully vivid color scenes, abstract, but I was aware of reality.

I walked every room because I had "missions" and every room had vivid colorful scenes, but I mean scenes , not just the classic small creatures or things moving around, maybe I was dissociated (as I could control my body and thoughts) , but I'll call it that it sat between DMT and a delirant (never took those btw, but from what I could read, the experience was similar, had a lot of overlapping)

Unfortunately shit went to an end when I tripped , falled and almost broke my nose.

The trip didnt stop there , imagery continued and at first it didnt hurt, but then I realized that I could have fractured a bone or that I could have an hemorrage so I went to the. ER with my caregiver.

The nurse was a dick. She put me on a drip and ignored multiple request to get, at least a RX, not to mention that hemorrages are only visible by CT

She said -"oh you wouldnt be talking concious like that if you had an hemorrage"

Sure, there are many cases documented where the hemorrages kills people maybe over night, like in 12hs period

She told me, after insisting multiple times, that she put me a drip to "get rid of the alcohol first" Im sure the b*tch put quetiapine, which I wouldnt have consented because is just a shitty drug

When I was transported on a wheel chair and during my stay I was still tripping, I was like in my own movie as an "hospital of horrors" which I find it to be quite fun, whereas tried to act sober and asked for proper care multiple times to the nurse , the GP, and what not

.took the xray , still kinda ambienish trip when they shoot and I watched the doctors entering the blinded room as if it was the death star and I was being executed by a laser lol. All of this while complying with the technicisns instructions

They of course sent me home with Tylenol. The rx was inconclussive according to them

At the very least, I must have had a facial bone bruise due to the bruises that appeared over night and dry nose blood, and sharp pain

I dont think Ill get ever prescribed again if the systems works like the us and this is reported to my golden dr

Even if I do, I consider this my farewell to the warlhs. Even without going out, the shit could have killed me by a fall or similar accidekts at home at such dose

Best trip ever tho. It was a decent good bye despite the ER

I used to get visuals every time if i stayed up too long, which after I realized how good it felt ive done ever since. Now I get lucky if I see anything morphing or twisting. I take 10mg everyday for sleep and Ive been taking 10 for 5 months now, before that it was 5 for a while, but I'd consistently still get visuals even on a lower dose.
