Meu cuidador está meio preocupado com minha falta de amizades e estava tentando entrar em contato com cuidadores e littles para ver se ele conseguia tanto um amigo para mim, tanto um outro cuidador com quem ele poderia tirar dúvidas, ele não sabe muito bem dessas coisas e queria entender para cuidar melhor de mim, eu vim aqui escrever um post porque não quero que ele fique muito preocupado em procurar ou se sinta frustrado por não conseguir achar, ainda mais porque as pessoas que achamos só queriam se fosse presencial. Okay so information on me . I didn’t know i regressed till about three years ago.like i knew but was in total denial about it for a while i guess you could say.sometimes i voluntarily regress and sometimes its involuntary. But sometimes when i regress i am full able to snap back and be big again . But also sometimes When im trying to regress I see myself ad stupid and like weird, but I find Comfrt in it, but I also deep down. Think it’s weird because I’m adnomal

But I’ve been debating as big me about buying a paci I think it would be very beneficial because I often suck my thumb in agree but I also have the feeling in the back of my mind like hey this is a weird you shouldn’t be acting like this, but I find the idea of very company also so I don’t know what to do. Has anyone else felt this way?

Hiiiii. So this is more or less copied from the r/ageregression sub, but I was told there that this sub may be a better resource.

This is something I've been struggling with for about 10 years now. I feel like I have some sort of case of age dreaming (apologies if "case" isn't the correct word). I used to think I was into the nsfw aspect, but that's not for me. But I also know I don't get deep into a regressive headspace when I'm at my lowest. Like I don't have any desire to play with toys or wear kid clothes or be explicitly treated like a child. But idk, I read a comic the other day that was kind of a final straw for me.

When I feel regressive, all I really want/do is:
- Want to be held
- Want to be called comforting names (honey, sweetheart, etc) and given reassurance
- Want to be given the same affection a small child or a really cute cat would get
- Cry. Like, a lot. Music box music is actually a trigger that almost always makes me cry

- Sleep with a stuffie

- Occasionally use childish words or phrasing. Like saying "I did it all by myself" when accomplishing a difficult task, saying "icky" or "yucky" as descriptors for how I'm feeling, or just being very fond of the phrase "let's play tuoys :3"

Apologies if this isn't really the correct space for this type of thing. And I do apologize and don't mean to shame all of the little ones here that do get into a much more traditionally "child" mindset. I just don't think that stuff is for me. I plan on talking to my therapist, but I don't see them for another week and this has been tearing me up inside for days. Are there any resources/tips/help for someone who's this mild about this sort of thing? I'd really appreciate anything

i was wondering how do you know if you’re an age dreamer? normal are regression tends to make me uncomfortable. i don’t know how to be a kid but i still enjoy things like coloring, watching cartoons/anime. i like what would be considered age regression foods. but i don’t know if i’d label myself as an age dreamer.
