Classic abandonware long shot here. EA ran a closed alpha for Command & Conquer: Generals 2 in 2013, the Frostbite one, then cancelled it that October, so it never released and the servers are long gone. I'm trying to preserve the build before the last copies rot off people's drives. If you were in that 2013 EA alpha and kept your old install, or you've got an old PC, external drive, or backup from then with it on it, please get in touch. A non-working copy is totally fine, none of it runs anymore anyway. Comment or DM me. Thanks for reading.

in short: i can't find a safe link to download a very old drawing program. it's called "OpenCanvas 1.1"

please note that i am specifically looking for version 1.1. let me describe it in more detail:

as far as i know, this program was popular in fairly niche circles 15–20 years ago, since it was the last free version of OpenCanvas. it's pretty easy to use, and i guess it had some kind of multiplayer feature (?) which doesn't really interest me

note: this program has long since been officially discontinued

absolutely all sources (wistinga, flat2d) that provide a download link are flagged on virustotl

as far as i remember, the other websites cite these two sources specifically, so the problem remains the same

yesterday i went through almost the entire blog of my favorite Korean artist, who has definitely been using this program for about 9 or 10 years. and when i found a link to her personal archive of brushes and the program itself, i thought a miracle had happened, but unfortunately, virustota found as many as 20 malware warnings here, which, I think, was a record D:

deviantart - that site was my last hope, but even there it was out of date

anyway, my very last hope now is to find people with their own personal archives who may have used, or are still using this program and can safely share it with me. i swear, if this program were paid, I would buy it, but the thing is, it’s actually free, though it hasn’t been supported by the developers for a long time, and all the archives seem to be unsafe

please let me know if i'm posting in the right place, and if not, please tell me where i can take my problem. i'd really appreciate any feedback, whether it's your memories or knowledge of the program, or, as i'm really hoping, a working and secure download link or file.

i also apologize for my poor English, it's not my first language.

Looking for a site for old free legal games outside of Steam and the Epic Store and Itch.io.

So I recently found my old gaming CDs and Echelon (2001) by Buka Games was one of them. I managed to create a .iso file from the CD and installed it in my Windows 11 laptop. This is a process I've done for some other games too such as Harry Potter and Chamber of Secrets, Cricket 07, etc. They've worked so I was expecting this one to work too. But after installing, the Single Player and Instant Replay options were greyed out.

I've been trying to find out how to solve this issue and came across this thread on Steam, but they talk about a GameLauncher.bat which is specific to the Steam build. If anyone can help me with this problem please let me know.

Looking for rarely older games developed or published in China in the 90s and 2000s featuring translations and dubs.

I used to have this game for PS2 as a kid, would love to play it again for the nostalgia. How can I get it on my Windows 11 PC? I am a straight-up noob with this stuff so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone!
I’m trying to find a working download of Winter Challenge 2008, published by Kalypso Media (not to be confused with RTL’s Winter Sports 2008).
I used to play this game a lot when I was a kid, and I’d really love to revisit it for nostalgic reasons. Unfortunately, I no longer have my original copy, and I’ve been struggling to find the full version anywhere.
I came across an old release called Winter.Challenge.2008, but I haven’t been able to find any working download links .
Does anyone know where I could still get a copy of this game?
I’d really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!

searched : I've searched on sites like Abandon Shareware, the Internet Archive,
the Wayback Machine, the backup of their website in Chinese and English, even under every rock. and with less success due to language barriers on bilibili.com

Developed by the Taiwanese company Sunplus, Native 32 was a gaming system that came bundled with DVD and other media players. The games, aimed at children, featured colorful graphics and simple gameplay. They were typically bilingual and could be downloaded from the web (archive).

Youtube : NATIVE32 ALL GAMES Parte 1

Due to the "recent" release of two emulators, Native32Emu which is quite comprehensive and includes a core for RetroArch, y n32emu, which, even though it's still in its early stages, looks very promising.

I'm looking for/trying to find the complete set of games. Most of them can be downloaded from the online archive:

A CD NES_DISC V2 (V3.0), that comes with some players.

Downloads from the website's backup are only available for: Baseball.7z, girl time show.7z, and Travel Monopoly.7z. And AllGame070927.rar is also available, but these games are already included on the CD.

I also found these packages in the archive; they basically contain the same games listed above: native-32-games-v3.0, native32-en, all-game-070927

I haven't been able to download this backup from pan.baidu (pswd: 6666), Apparently, there are some versions in Chinese. I can't download it. If anyone is able to upload it to a Western cloud service, I'd appreciate it.

But there are still a few missing—the ones I'm looking for:

Website, these were only available for download.

• city master.7z / 盖大楼.7z
• Anime Fighting.7z / 动漫大乱斗.7z
• FightsLandlord.7z / 斗地主.7z

Exclusive to Philips, there are 10 games left that are only available on Philips players. Philips DVD players.

• Basketball.
• Bubble.
• Football.
• Why?
• Mole Hunting.
• Pong.
• Pair Match.
• Puzzle Tetris.
• Snowball Fight.
• Water Park.

Games in Chinese, as far as I understand, most games are bilingual, but there are some that have separate versions in English and Chinese. I can't find them; maybe they're on Baidu's backup site.

Here are some pictures of the albums I've found online:

Interestingly, the V3.0 version comes on two discs, and I only have one; maybe the other games are on the disc I'm missing.

Although I suspect they might be on this V3.2 disc and, obviously, on the Philips GAMES disc (On the right, this one has 10 games).

Here are some Philips DVD models with Native 32; PD7012G/37, PD7010/12, PD7010/05, PD703/37.

I would appreciate any help or links that might help me find them, Or if you know of any Chinese gaming websites that cover this topic, they can also be useful for your search.

Iso em pt br se possível e por favor que não seja no 1ficher pq esse site e horrível, péssimo, o pior que existe

Anyone with grand Turismo sport CUSA03220 rom, to play the new port in PC, pls

Can Somebody help please?

Note: there are multiple source code links available now from the FeralHeart wikifur page. I don't know who posted them, so I can't vouch for how safe they are, but here's one of them.

https://github.com/radioactivedark/The-OpenHeart-Project/releases/tag/full-src

I wanted to put them out there in the case anyone was wishing the source code had been released... Because evidently, it has been, and in multiple places.

Nothing on the Internet lasts forever- lately, we're reminded more and more of this. So if you have an interest in playing around with this, do so. Keep a copy for yourself somewhere safe.

If you don't know what FeralHeart is, it was an extremely obscure animal MMO, released in 2011. The creator left, the game went on life support for more than a decade, and just recently it was completely shut down without a word. If you think there's another, better subreddit for this then please let me know. And if you want to know about the game, feel free to ask. It was surprisingly complex for being made by one guy in OGRE.
