Hi! Can someone please share default native timings from CRU for XL2586X+ 600hz? Thanks in advance

My XL2566K has the same issue as my XL2546K. For context my issue (Thread) way back in 2023 was my 2546K has white lines that causes the screen to be very blurry. I was expecting an RMA or at least a repair on my monitor but since they have limited LCD's they have no way to know if they can repair mine. I had a conversation with one of the APAC representatives and they offered me XL2566K at "retail" price. Silly me bought it hoping it would be a better experience but lo and behold, I'm back with the same issue as before. Now I have the same issue as this person (Thread).
Since this is within my warranty period I'm hoping I won't have to "BUY" another monitor just to replace this one.

Issue: Clear white line on top of the screen; blurry white lines for the rest of the screen.

Like in my thread, I trusted Benq/Zowie since my first Zowie monitor has been a SOLID purchase but recently with the XL series having the same issue and going 2/2 I'm not sure anymore. I even have to pay in full for the faulty XL2546K instead of being given an RMA (but that's just me being entitled?). I hope I get a better support this time.

I've been using Zowie mouses for at least 6+ years now. Owned Ec2-a previously, after 5 years of use I switched to ec2-dw wireless. I regret it. I have stopped playing my game just to type this out of pure frustration and spite. I don't mind spending money on quality gear, I know I will spend 100s of hours using them. But Ec2-dw is not that gear, do not buy this. Why:

- First and foremost, 6hour battery is a joke. Yes you can 'easily and quickly' charge it, but I forget. Sometimes I game/use the mouse hours on end nonstop. It does not last. And you will forget to leave it on charge between breaks and overnight as well

- The cable that they sent is horrendous. It wore off or is simply bad, but it constantly disconnects. It disconnects even without moving from the wireless receiver. And it disconnects constantly attached to the mouse directly.

- Because of the USB-C port shape you can not 'simply replace' the wire. It has to be in the exact shape. I had to specifically search for it

And sadly, these 3 *simple* points makes it horrible to use. Mouse will disconnect before somebody peeks you while holding a corner. You will get hit by the boss attack bec your right click block did not register. It is worse than a 5$ non-brand mouse as it stands. But I will still give credit where its due:

- Its so light

- Perfect shape

- Feels good to hold and click

- Simple

Sorry Zowie. You failed me. I literally advocated for you and suggested all friends and family. You missed big time with this.

Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents out their for people looking at his monitor, nothing major just my thoughts. Coming from a pulsar monitor and other Zowies my first impressions are good. First of all the customizability on this thing is insane, you do and tweak pretty much everything to a large degree. The motion blur reduction is good but you need to make sure you have a solid 360 fps, if not drop your refresh rate to 240. Latency is good, similar to my pulsar when I only use Gsync with no Vsync.

My thoughts on motion clarity, I think its solid, honestly hard to tell the difference with Dyac 3 vs Pulsar in my opinion. At a solid 360 the Zowie feels quick as or quicker than the Asus Pulsar monitor with slightly better motion clarity. At lower fps at 360 hertz or when using the Zowie at 240 hertz the pulsar feels faster and looks better to me.

The colors on the Zowie are really good, with some tweaking looks almost as good as a IPS panel. The Zowie has a pretty aggressive "grainy" coating, I do notice it slightly but its not really a big deal, I do think they could've toned it down a little bit

Do I think its worth 900$+ dollars? Sorta, If you want the best of the best and play tac shooters and BRs sure, do I think the price should be lower, absolutely. I do think you could perform almost exactly the same on a pulsar monitor in most games. Just my thoughts, if anyone has any questions let me know

Hey, I’ve bought two monitors in the last week (I already managed to return one), and now I’ve received a new BenQ XL2566X+. Both monitors have/had dead pixels—a black one on the first, and now a white one. Am I just unlucky, or is there something wrong with these monitors? (I bought them from two different stores.)

they dont ship to switzerland it says on their website for some reason so i checked galaxus (the distributer i ordered my mouse from) and they only have ONE pair of skates, and theyre the wrong ones i already made a support request but i just wanted to see if any of u guys got a solution

Looking to upgrade from my Alienware AW2721D (1440p 240Hz IPS) and I'm stuck between two monitors at roughly the same price:
ASUS ROG Swift PG27AQWP-W: 1440p 540Hz Tandem OLED (720Hz at 720p)
BenQ Zowie XQ2766X: 1440p 360Hz Fast TN with DyAc 3, made for battle royale

My setup / games:
Mainly Warzone on PC with controller, around 240 fps (it fluctuates)
Rainbow Six Siege on MnK, around 300 fps stable
What I'm looking for:
I'm not after "something nice to look at." I want whatever performs best and is most optimized for competitive gaming. I put a lot of hours into gaming, so if I'm spending that much time on it, I want to do it right and have the optimal setup. Motion clarity and performance come first; colors, HDR and eye candy matter very little to me.

What I'm unsure about:
At my fps (240 in WZ, 300 in R6), is DyAc 3 on the Zowie actually usable, or do I need to hold a locked 360 to avoid crosstalk and double images?

Can you run DyAc at a lower fixed refresh (e.g. 240Hz) to match my Warzone fps? Does VRR work with DyAc on?

Will the OLED at around 240 to 300 fps sample-and-hold still look clearer than a strobed TN at those framerates?

Has anyone actually used the XQ series yet? I haven't found any independent reviews.

Which would you pick for my use case? Thanks!

I've had the EC1-DW for 3 days and have noticed a little 'creaking' sound when my finger is resting on the right mouse button, or lightly touching it, also can be heard before every right click.

This is my first product from Zowie... Is this normal for Zowie mice? My previous Razer mouse did not do this so it's an annoyance.. I thought Zowie had better quality control.

Theres currently an XL2566X on amazon right now for £589. is this worth it for r6? Cs pros swear by them but are they as effective on r6. They cost as much as an oled panel and i’m deciding with to pick. Please let me know if it’s worth it. (I’m coming from an acer preadator ips 240hz model)
I hit have my fps capped at 400 and consistently hit it. Or should i just cap my fps at 280 and get the 280hz panel from benq

Check the top of the screen, some white lines appear and disappear. Don't mind the camera lines moving downward.

Also some weird blank line appears on the whole screen.

I changed every port, cable, even tested on a different PC

Looking to replace my ec2 cw but I’m not willing to pay 250+ kn eBay for a DW.

I want to upgrade my current monitor because I have a pretty shitty Philips monitor.

I mainly play FPS games (mostly CS2) and I’ve heard that Zowie makes the best monitors for FPS games. I’ve also seen a lot of pros using Zowie.

I have a mid PC and get around 280 FPS in CS2, but I don’t want to buy a mid monitor so I have to upgrade my monitor again when I do a PC upgrade.

Any recommendations?

So I’ve just gone from a zowie XL2540K 240hz to a zowie XL2540X+ 280hz and the only thing I can feel is that the 280hz feels somewhat blurry or something compared to my 240hz. Now it’s not actually blurry but it feels odd. Is it just my eyes haven’t fully adjusted yet to a higher hz and hasn’t adjusted to the smoothness or do I have an issue?

I used zowie ec 2 cw for years and yesterday i bought a zowie ec 2 DW.
Why new model doesnt have ferrite filter at USB cabel like cw did? Whats the reason for this?And how much this helping nowadays?
