Last year I picked up KEEN Utility 6" Composite Toe WP Work.

Before I decide on these again. How are any of the Ariat safety/ steel toes? I saw a few adds for the neos but they don't stock on the site yet.

I work in a manufacturing plant with constant walking ( 10 to 15k steps a shift. ) lifting aluminum and steel molds up to 200+ pounds for compression molding rubber. Plus the rubber going in them. Large amount of chemicals and solvents and heat extremes.

I am enjoying these boots but I need a better insole than what the come with. Any recommendations? I'm a big boy 230lbs
