What's your RAID level?

It might be as easy as physically pulling out the bad drive and replacing it with a good one.

RAID 5? Do this now before you have a second drive fail. If that happens, you're screwed.

RAID 6? You can tolerate another failed drive. Regardless, swap disks now.

There are other RAID levels, but it all boils down to the same thing: Can you swap out a drive? Then do it.
