Hey everyone!

I’ve been interested in getting into knifemaking for a while now and figured I’d reach out to see if there’s anyone in the Williamsport area who has experience and might be willing to share some knowledge.

I’m interested in learning the whole process, from forging and shaping blades to woodworking for handles/scales, grinding, and finishing.

I know there’s a lot to learn, and I’d love the opportunity to get some hands-on experience from someone who’s been doing it for a while. Not looking for formal classes necessarily, just someone willing to show a beginner the ropes.
If you know anyone locally who makes knives or does blacksmithing, I’d appreciate any recommendations!
