O'ahu (Honolulu/Waikiki) Hale Koa Hotel Monthly General Public Parking Question

Good day,

I am staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Tapa Tower in mid-December and with parking around $73 daily, I was looking at Hale Koa Hotel's parking that would be about half the cost with the monthly option.

It seems like a pretty easy walk from the Tapa Tower to be worth saving $200?

My question was does it ever get full where they stop selling the General Public monthly pass or you buy one and can't find a parking spot? I'll be there the week of the Honolulu Marathon and wasn't sure if that draws a big crowd to the area.

Thank you for the help.

Choosing an Island September 2027 elopement

My travel agent recommends visiting more than one island. We are getting married on Oahu on a Monday but I really want to see the wakkiki fireworks on Friday night. Is 7 days too much in Oahu? I feel like there’s more to do there activities wise. And for me, I want to get married then vacation, not vacation then get married. Not sure what other attractions there are in Maui other than the road to Hana and the Haleakala sunrise.

Some things we are interested in doing are, surfing lessons, luau, cage shark diving, snorkeling, whale shark swimming, zip lining, avt tour, sky diving.

Travel agent says Oahu is Boston with palm tress but I’m just finding that there is way more that we’d like to do.

Thanks for any input!

Hawai'i (Big Island) Big island excursions?

I’m going to the west side of the big island (in between Kailua-Kona and Kahalu’u) the last week of December and am looking for recommendations for excursions for a group of 6. I would love to do something that includes swimming, snorkeling, or just something fun in general for the day. I have never been to Hawaii before so not too sure what to expect.

Thanks!

My wife and I are going next week for our honeymoon, landing on Sunday and leaving on Thursday. Our lodging has gifted to us by her boss, and flights are all booked. Will it truly be downpouring every hour we are there, and will that affect our ability to have a good time?

We're used to drizzle, we're from Seattle, but this seems like it might be different than we're used to. We're not afraid to be a little adventurous, but we were hoping to get some good relaxation time.
