None of them had anything specific on the requirements on being exempt or what qualifies as being exempt. They said they had very little information on the process and how to submit an exemption. And I spoke to multiple people at both agencies.
The fact that were less than 3 months away from the medicaid change, and the agencies themselves dont even have all the information needed, says we're in for a Cluster Duck when the time comes.
Im scared. Im diabetic, I see my doctor's 3-4 months to keep it under control. I also require a cornucopia of psychiatric meds due to my mental health problems. Not to mention the social services my city offers thars billed through medicaid. Ill lose all of that.

It’s a very lackluster year. The view below is looking towards Afton Mountain. You can see the cut of Skyline Drive on the left. Most of the leaves are still green, but the lack of color from previous years is noticeable. Because of the drought, many trees are turning brown and the leaves have fallen off of some of them.
Disclaimer: This information is purely anecdotal from my own observations. But I am a lifelong Virginian and I notice things.
I’m not saying don’t come, but you might be underwhelmed if you do.

Just wanted to ask in here if anyone has ever dealt with a specific scenario where your account keeps getting charges from a location where you haven’t been because another car has a similar plate? In my case i have a word spelled with an “O” and it seems my license plate friend out there has a “0” in their version of the spelling and I keep getting charges everytime they drive through a lane (I.e. I keep getting charges from Dulles Toll Road even though I live down in Richmond). When i read my EZ pass statement it clearly shows the other plate with a zero instead of mine.
I called EZ pass customer service about how this keeps happening and their response was basically “sorry our pay by plate system just can’t differentiate between the two plates, you’ll have to keep calling us to dispute charges because it’ll go to your account everytime they drive” this feels like such a BS response and I don’t understand why there can’t be a better solution. wdym your AI system doesn’t know the difference between O and 0.
Has anybody else dealt with this? and if so, did you keep calling for disputes or just end up changing your plate? this is so frustrating

I'm in the suburbs of Richmond, VA area and it's 38f right now outdoors but indoors it's still 66f somehow so I haven't had to use the heater yet.

The subsidies are available on a first-come, first-served basis. While funding is expected to help about 200,000 Virginians, there is no guarantee it will cover everyone who qualifies, experts said.
