Hello, I currently work for the Air Force and am interviewing for a senior program manager position with USACE (GS-14). I’m sure it will be extra competitive because I am outside the agency and don’t know internal processes. Right now I am a constriction manager for an installation. Does anyone have any public guidance I can be pointed to (public workflows, public DoD guidance, etc.)? I don’t know anyone who works for USACE. I would like to study and see how I can transfer my skills. Just trying to learn. Thank you.
