So simply I've been on many types of hrt in the padt the months, but most simply it's like this : 6mg EV (2mg x 8 hours) + spiro 100mg per day (both) first 4-5 months, then same E dose with 12.5 mg of CPA every day, then switched the E for Ehh (estradiol hemihydrate) 4mg per day and 12.5 mg of CPA every other day now. started at 18, what cup size do they look like? I measured and it came around b cup and also what tanner stage am I at :3

6-8mg estrogel applied to testicles once every morning, have missed maybe 20 days total spread out across the year :) am 26 started on my 25th birthday

Estradiol Valerate injectables + progesterone orally with no spiro anymore, and I went through menopause with no hormones for 5 months ~2 years ago. Recent athletically-induced rapid weight loss of around 70 pounds over 5 months.

Started at 28 yrs old 2mg of Estrogen taken twice a day for 4mg total. Upped to 2mg 3 times a day after six months, and an Orchiectomy at about 8 months in.

Started 100mg of Progesterone taken orally at the one year mark. I was 210 pounds pre HRT, weight fluctuated between 205 pounds and 195 for a year before the last few months I've dropped to 190(~87kg) finally. I think it's mostly been muscle loss hitting, because I have noticed a sudden decrease in upper body strength the last few months.

No pre-HRT pics unfortunately. For some strange reason I avoided the camera like the plague🤔

i’m currently 23 and started at 22- i take 50 mg of spiro and 6 mg of estradiol daily. surprised but excited to already be seeing results this quickly 🥰

7-24 months: 6mg/day E2 gel, 3mg in the morning & 3mg in the evening, on thighs

25-27 months: 4mg/week EEn

27-27.5mo: 4mg/week EEn, 100mg/day prog up da butt

27.5-34mo: 4mg/week EEn, 200mg/day prog up da butt

this month a few things happened: i lost 5kg (yay!), my boobs have gotten VERY sore very often, and there is definitely a bit of a growth spurt starting!

i am at the point where i do not get more than 4 hours uninterrupted sleep bc i toss and turn and obv that hurts the gworls atm. there are also times where i stretch or readjust myself sitting down and feel soreness/light pain.

i put on some more form fitting clothes earlier today for a medical check up, and i noticed that for the first time ever my boobs felt like they were restrained by the fabric. as in they're almost too big for the top? that was an incredibly euphoric feeling lol.

even my diagnostic cami bra (that i put on only for these pics) is starting to feel really tight around the boobs! smth is happening!!

Months:

0-3: 2mg estridiol, 100mg spiro, 1mg fin @ 3 months 400T/40E

4: 6mg estridiol sublingual, 50mg spiro, 1mg fin @ 4 months 25T/267E

5-8 same as month 4 however dropped spiro @ end 6 months 21T/176E

9-12: 4mg ev sc weekly 1mg fin 17T/205E

13-15 5mg ev sc weekly, month 14 switched to oral dutasteride .5 and Minoxidil 2.5, 23T/242E

I'm pretty sad with the progress I've had over the last 4 years.

Are they tuberous ?

Three weeks into HRT with Estrogel 0.75, I apply one pump each morning and night to the scrotal area; slight growth and sensitive areolae are already apparent, though I hate my tattoos 🥲

hi does anyone here who is skinny or maybe underweight with weight less than 50 kg or 110 lbs who has bigger breasts than AA cups? I’m on 2 years on HRT with dose of 6 mg ev sublingual and 150mg spironolactone for 6 months and i still have aa cups since forever. is it because of my weight? I just wanna see if there’s hope for the skinny girls to have at least A or B cup? Because honestly I love my underweight figure and i don’t wanna gain more weight since I’m also a part-time model. My weight is 45 kg or 99 pounds btw and I don’t want to weight more than 48 kg. My target is at least a B cup and i can be already over the moon. I’m on DIY btw. Thanks in advance!

Started at 27 - 0.3 patches per twice weekly changed , no prog, no intersex conditions that I'm aware of. Idk when the last pic was taken but it's only the one I can find if me pre hrt of my chest lol. E is a miracle drug

I also gained 35 pounds eee since e but lost 27 of it. So I was a lot skinnier in the right pic haha

Started at 22. 150mg spiro, 6mg estrogen, 100mg progesterone oral.

Was sized at 36b/c but im doubt this. Feel less like a woman and more like a twink with gyno. Dysphoric as hell. Fml.

For the 1st year, 20mg of estradiol valerate every 10-14days.

Couldn’t tolerate nausea and hot flashes so changed it to 10mg every 7days.

Started when I was 25.

Not happy with my progress but staying positive.

Id appreciate your take on tanner stage and advices or any comments really!

I'm 18, taking 4mg estradiol sublingually daily (2mg Estrofem pills twice a day). Thinking of picking up Spiro. Not really sure what to think of current results, but it does feel nice to actually have something on my chest lol

Started prog 20 months ago and my nipples have gotten a lot puffier/mound like (totally stand out in shirts with 1 inch/2.5cm of puffiness) with noticeable bounce.

At this point I no longer know where I’m at or how they even look... Am I stage 3 or 4? Tanner stage references appear to say tanner stage three can last up to 3-5 years from what I could find. My nipples are so puffy that I think I’m still at 3 and the areola is still growing/darkening.

Is it just part of the growth process that they appear like this until things settle down or are they just look tubular and downward more than anything else? Is this something I might be able to address without surgery or am I just being overly nervous?

Started at 33 Currently 36. 100mg progesterone, 100mg spiro and 10mg progynova (all taken orally once per night)

200 mg of oral prog, started at 5 months. 6 pumps of estragel to inner thighs and arms. 12.5 mg of cypro every other day.

I'm on estradiol enanthate subq injections 6mg every 7 days (40mg/ml, 0.15 united). And I'm so happy with the results. I've started wearing bra's because my nipples hurt when rubbing my shirt

Ive thought about retrying prog but it made my T levels spike so i wasnt sure if it was for me

My only concern ab hrt is training, still wanting to be really fit and lean but also not losing my yitties in the process but im sure down the line that wont be a problem, for now im focusing on making sure i develop all my lady curves🙏

I really wanted natural-looking boobs, so I waited 4 and a half years to see how much growth I’d get from HRT. Eventually, I decided to go for fat transfer. I got 120cc on each side, and I’m honestly so happy with my decision! I really love the results 🥹
I’m even thinking about going for round 2 to make them a little bigger :)
