Are sedevacantist/sedeprivationist homilies worth listening as a TradCath?
I am not on both.

Which specific areas of France are hotbeds for Traditional Catholicism and have a large amount of Latin Masses and Traditionalist Communities?
I know France in general has a lot of TLMs, the ICKSP, FSSP, IBP and SSPX all have a big presence there, but are there any areas or regions of France in where Traditional Catholicism is particularly strong?

Title says all. I’m planning on moving soon but that will unfortunately pull me an hour and a half away from the wonderful ICKSP parish I’ve been attending. I hope to continue attending once in a while but for most Sundays I’ll need to find something closet.

Hi all,
I'm on a journey back to Jesus, and started attending mass, praying the rosary, etc. I just moved so I haven't been able to start OCIA or officially join my local parish yet. I want to go to confession this Saturday, have never gone before in my life (I was raised Baptist). What should I say? Should I make a list of my biggest and most egregious sins that I can remember? Or should I just say I want to confess for a lifetime of sins? Any guidance is appreciated.

FINISHED!
“Holy Family in the Workshop of St. Joseph” oil on panel, 48 x 60” 2026 St. Mark Catholic Church, Oro Valley, AZ
Over the entire month of September, through October 8, I painted this 48” x 60” panel of the Holy Family. My initial inspiration for the composition came from a stained-glass window in my parish, St. Stephen of Hungary. I’ve always appreciated the composition, but I wanted my version to look more like a family.
Holy Family paintings always seem to have a sterile and idealized version of the three figures. I wanted my composition to be reverent and traditional, but to also have the emotions of a young husband and wife. I wanted Mary to look like a loving wife and the mother of a young Jesus. I wanted Joseph to look younger, masculine, and capable of doing hard work and defending his family, but also loving and compassionate toward the gifts that Mary and Jesus are in his life. I hope that this comes through in the final composition.
Situated in different parts of the composition are the small cross that the young Jesus holds, which foreshadows His Crucifixion, and the six jugs, which foreshadow His first miracle at the Wedding at Cana.

It's an argument that's never been debunked. Any answer I've found against it is not satisfactory

I saw this on an instagram real, opened up the comments, and thought how dumb it was. The comments included a bunch of women talking about how "Catholic" this "in-between" position was and one big long comment praising perpetual NFP use to delay having kids for the sake of finishing school and having a career.
Another comment said "oh no, the trads found this." Basically berating the traditional male provider role.
I couldn't help but see the truth in it though. I can think of so many women who are otherwise good practicing Catholics but instead of settling down and starting a family early, their focus well into their 30's is working on their hobbies, third degree, or career/second career. Some times they even use their status in Catholic circles to raise money for their various endevours. As a man who has dealt with women like this I can't help but get a vibe from women like this that is just stuck up and "I'm better than you." It really is a feminism lite.
I think to myself, there are so many good Catholic guys out there who are established, involved in their parish, and want to have a wife and family. Yet these women don't want to commit because they know what the consequenes of being open to life would have on all their side projects.

His objections were pretty specific, not just a vague dislike of secret societies.
His writings focus especially heavily on the oaths and the Morgan case; even a hostile Masonic encyclopedia later summarized those as the two themes he returned to repeatedly. His own diary also shows that he regarded his anti-Masonic writings as a sustained public controversy, including separate letters on the Entered Apprentice’s oath.
So the core of Adams’s argument was basically: a citizen should not bind himself by secret oath to a private fraternity where that oath could conflict with his duties to God, law, and the public.
The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceeding - John F. Kennedy

Let’s remember to support USPS’ continued decision to include traditional Catholic art on its stamps. Madonna & Child variants are released for the winter season(s) but available for purchase year round and as good a stamp as any whenever you need one in any season.
Most of us aren’t personally mailing out many letters and might just pay individual postage as needed or pick up whatever stamps are at the post office service desk, but it’s better to have your own on hand at current rates anyway. Since they can be ordered online and delivered at no cost, we might as well choose a genre deliberately to (a) support the designs/designers and (b) make small statements to our recipients, so remind your wives/households to get these from now on!
Now… which design will I choose this year? The newly issued stamp has artwork attributed according to Google by a Belgian “anonymous grouping” known as the Master of the Embroidered Foliage, active circa 1500. The 2024 issued stamp still available has artwork from Giovanni Battista Salvi da Sassoferrato, an Italian baroque painter. I’m liking the mystique and novelty of the Belgian tribute but they may be more conspicuously “festive” and I do like the softness of the baroque. Which do you like?

I don't understand how people seem to forget that the world's 2nd religion is based on lies that are very easy to expose
No one believed that Jesus was just a prophet, that He wasn't crucified, that He didn't die and resurrect. The crucifixion alone disproves Islam
