Can NEAR Continue Lower After This 4 Hour Change of Structure?

I finally caught what turned out to be one of my easiest 1:2 risk to reward trades on NEAR, and I’m really glad it paid off after all the effort.

NEAR has been getting positive attention this week, with discussions around its role as an ETF to AI agent settlement stack, not just a fast Layer 1. The token also moved from around $2.30 to the $5.60 to $5.90 range, representing roughly 140% to 150% growth over 30 days. Naturally, all this attention created plenty of reasons for traders to look for long opportunities.

But I decided to think differently and look for a short on the 4 hour chart. No matter how bullish a token looks, it can still pull back before making another all time high. After spotting a bearish change of structure on the chart, I waited for the price to pull back upward so I could find my entry for a short trade.

It seems I made the right call because the price eventually moved down and hit my TP around $5.015. The question now is whether NEAR will continue moving downward or if the bulls will step back in. I will keep my eyes on the chart and wait for the next setup. What are you watching on NEAR?
