Is there any way someone could explain to me how to do this?

Hello everyone
Recently I download Touch Designer to learn new skills to apply for my projects. I'm a completely noobs in this program which I manage myself to learn some tutorials through youtube about sound reactive particle work. The work itself when realtime is on looks very cool and fit my eyes. However when I turn the function off, the frame rate start to drop and video become extremly choppy. There's error showing that it is about my AudioFileOuts not interact properly when plug to MovieFileOut.

I have a look on some posts they said the audio is distorted because of the framerate drop. Just like visuals won't playback smoothly, audio will degrade.

Some recommendations is to use to ENGINE COMP to run in a separate process and not be affected by the frame drops introduced in my video main process but I really dont know how to do that !!

please help me a step by step guide to fix this problems or use the engine comp to seperate the audio file and link back to MFO because the audio is very distorted to enhance the visuals, Is there any way I can export with the original audio file but still hold on in the effect of the distorted audio ?
