I grew up near a Sentry grocery store, and my parents would regularly buy their chicken salad from the deli. I remember it was pinkish in color, like maybe it had paprika? The Sentry closed down years ago, and I'd like to try making that recipe at home. I know the grocery store still exists in some parts of the US - maybe someone knows what I'm talking about?

I saw on here that joe and the juice uses the Matilda milkshake milk for their shake but since it’s not something that we have all over europe im assuming that something else is used in some countries. We recently moved from Germany back to the UK. Our daughter became addicted to Igloo Salmon Fish Fingers whilst we were there and we just can’t find them anywhere.

the ingredients listed on the packet are:

• Wild salmon (50%)
• Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, spices, salt, yeast)
• Water
• Rapeseed oil
• Wheat flour
• Salt
• Sugar
• Potato starch

Looks like finely diced... green beans (thin), mushrooms (not sure what kind(s), the dark brown caps look tiny [maybe baby shiitake?], shimeji, and oyster/cremini mushrooms).. and there are tiny dots of egg whites.

How do you replicate those egg white dots, what are the likely mushrooms, and how do you think it's cooked?

*EDIT: Partial answer: The egg dots are made by syringing drops of egg white into hot oil.
