Its my first time using audio interface and gojira archetype( before i was using my cheap amp). I dont know anything about sound mixing knobs other then bass, middle, treble and gain. Can someone help me get something similar to adam jones guitar tone?

Typically when I tell someone that I like TOOL, the response is pretty neutral, or if the person actually goes and listens to TOOL, they think it's meh. However..., this time was different.

I sit next to this Taiwanese guy in my Japanese Class, in Japan, and we were talking about things that we like, in Japanese. Of course I have to mention that TOOL is my favorite band. 「私の一番好きなバンドはTOOLです。」I didn't think much of it, I didn't think he would care, and that he would forget I even mentioned it. I kid you not, the next time I see this guy he says "oh yeah, I listened to TOOL".

Halt... You did what? Really? That's cool.

He says "yeah it was really good".

Halt again... You think what now? You said you liked it?

Then this guy says "They change the tempo a lot", and he got really excited when he said this next part, "I think it's sooo cool how they do that".

Brotherrrrr. Hell yeah. Me too!

That's never happened to me. I just felt like I met someone who kinda gets it you know? It was an awesome feeling. Also he seems pretty cool. Anyways, I think we're gonna get some dinner next week. New fren maybe?

It just must be so fucking cool but yet normal to be one of them. And I just wonder how often they connect. I’m sure back in the day it was everyday all day but now I wonder if they talk once a week once a month or what. They are all so much themselves in the coolest way. This past week, the biggest game of the year.. and the team was blasting 46&2 in between the third and fourth quarters to get pumped up.. was awesome being an OG fan seeing a new generation of people love it as well..

Here is another FANTASTIC show for you guys from 2016. I just uploaded the new Denver 2002 matrix - remaster and now I am uploading this one. I listen to this one all the time, it is one of my favorite shows from that decade.

There's some IEMs of this show floating around but I dug up some audience recordings and filled it out and did my magic on this as well. This show starts off with a PHENOMENAL 2010s version performance of No Quarter, and has the equally fantastic performance and capture of the new version of Opiate. Trust me, check this one out, I havent found anyone do much with this show other than just the dry IEM capture.

I do know how to upload the lossless files now, I will also add them to this video either tonight or sometime this week!

I dont want to overload you guys but I kind of also want to spread the love as much and quick as I can. So I may hold off for a moment after this upload but I have SO much more coming, and wanted to prove to you guys I'm not kidding. It's me. From eons ago. I pulled a Tool but now I am finally back with a new Matrix Remaster for everyone! And genuinely one of many to come now.

Years ago, I was the guy who posted my remasters on this sub of Ænima Era Live Tours Remastered, and Undertow Era Live Tours Remastered, to an overwhelmingly and heartwarmingly great response from all of you and all of youtube that came across them. I have been getting requests ever since and had some trouble getting around to it, how very Tool of me... but party due to being brought back to Tool due to my mother just recently passing, I finally cracked my knuckles as started working again on getting these out to you guys.

In the video description I say a lot about this particular show and work I did to it. I just want to add that I have numerous shows from the Lateralus era, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016 all complete already too and some are really truly just phenomenal listens. (There might be even some really cool stuff I miiight have thats older too coming). Thanks to Tool for being such an awesome band it isnt hard to put a lot of love into making these recordings shine!

I am aware there are a few good remasters of this show already out there. Props to my fellows in the field! I've enjoyed your works as well!
