This video is literally the same quality as all my other videos, nothing changed. But somehow it got a $6 RPM. Which is the highest I’ve ever seen. Too bad TikTok can’t push it out more.

I'm currently building a brand-new TikTok account and I'm struggling to gain followers consistently.

I've had a few videos get some engagement, but turning that into steady follower growth has been much harder than I expected.

How long did it take you to reach your first 1,000 followers?

Are there any communities, groups, or strategies that helped you get through the early stage of growing an account?

I'm not looking for shortcuts, bought followers, or anything against TikTok's rules. I'd just like to learn from people who have already gone through the process.

Is there anyone who has been stuck at $0.00 RPM but kept posting consistently, continued getting qualified views from the USA and UK, and eventually had their RPM return to normal?
If anyone has experienced this, please let me know. I’m trying to figure out whether it’s actually possible to break out of the $0.00 RPM jail, even if your videos are getting views from premium-tier countries, your content is original, and the quality is good.
Has anyone successfully recovered from this situation?

TL:DR 5k+ Tiktok Coaching Program, Content is basic, support felt disorganized, sales process leans on hard urgency, contract is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Not worth buying if you already have experience, still not worth it even if you're a beginner.

Figured I'd post this since I couldn't find a single review under 5 stars before joining when I researched into this program.

Background

For some background, I'd already made a decent amount of money from content creation before joining (More than 10k+). I signed up mainly to learn more advanced skills for scaling and learning more technical niches, which is what I was told on the sales call I'd get.

The content

Main instructor knows the platform has good baseline knowledge, but what the program gives doesn't come close to the price. The core training felt very basic and lacked depth. A lot of the modules were already on youtube, and modules posted private in the program were posted a few days later onto his public youtube page.

The sales process

In my experience, this was the only polished part of the program (by no surprise). The price wasn't revealed until the end of the call. They ask a lot of questions and keep you in the call for about an hour so it feels authentic, and being "invited" to pay is framed as an opportunity

They run their sales process entirely on hype and urgency. During the 10 day window I applied and joined, they constantly spammed the discord server with near daily announcements about limited spots, ELITE being closed "90% of the time", "no reopen date" and how you'd miss the next quarter if you waited. When you add a same day sales call on top of all this, you end up buying off an adrenaline rush instead of a clear head (This was my first time I've ever made a purchase like this, so I didn't think it through as much as I would've liked to).

The actual results of other people inside

The marketing pushes a leaderboard of top members best months, but that's not what I saw from talking with others. Most of the people I talked to, including some who've been in the program for months, hadn't even made a single dollar. Please do not trust the extreme survivorship bias being shown on their website.

The contract (READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN IT)
- Non refundable AND Non cancellable
- The "performance guarantee" they will talk to you about is NOT a refund, it only extends your access until you make your money back, but ONLY if you hit every requirement: Posting 2 videos a day, attending a min. number of calls a week, completing ALL modules, and more. Miss one and this guarantee is invalidated.

Bottom line on this if you're in the call, or thinking about buying it
It might help a complete beginner who's lacking motivation and needs structure and accountability, and will not endure any financial stress by paying the 5000, but I still wouldn't recommend it. I expected and was told I'd receive tactics and technical depth to help scale what I'm already doing, and what I'm already making, but never got that.

What I got was a private chatroom coach who checked in maybe once or twice a day, basic modules that can be found on his youtube channel, and group calls with generic advice on your videos.

If you're considering it, please take your time, don't be intimidated when the salesperson tells you to pay in 24hrs, and don't let the "spots closing" message rush you. (They gave me a day to pay but spots were still open for over a week!)

I hate scrolling down to see my live posts. I want to know if there is a setting where I can turn off seeing my future posts? If I only had one or two posts scheduled it wouldn’t be a big deal but I have 32 scheduled over the 8 days.

Most earnings are coming from additional rewards for the quality of the content. Why did it just plummet yesterday when nothing changed?

I have a 27k follower account that posted comedy skits back in 2021 with 6m being the most number of views for a reel. I post from time to time up to last year with around 10k average which is fine.

Last year I did the bad mistake of turning it into a music account in which I posted 15 straight videos which only got 2k views each (as expected). This year I decided to finally pursue comedy full time with the full confidence that my traction would be the same as 2021. Now they barely hit 200 views per. Ive posted 5 skits already the past 4 days and it's becoming very frustrating.

These videos, though comedy is subjective, were really well made production value wise. I do not want to go through the route of just shooting with my phone with low effort posts as my niche is film style comedy skits.

Ive been trying to engage with other comedy content creators, using creator insights, and having AI help me for information ONLY (my ideas and videos dont have AI).

Does anyone have a similar experience and how long did it take you to get traction back? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much!

I've been waiting 3 months to receive my payout (I didnt have 1K three months ago, but I still had a bit of money in my estimated rewards), nothing is in my Balance or Creator Rewards program. I have my information verified and I'm not sure what to do. Is there any way to get in contact with Tiktok support? The AI bot just re explains how the Creator Rewards Program works

Is there any way I can convert this to coins? Or how can I use it?

Hey everyone .I’m looking for advice from people who have been in a similar situation.

I’m from North Africa, and I run a TikTok account that I’ve been working on for around 3–4 years. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into growing it, and it currently has over 10K followers.

The account is set up as a French account and has access to the Creator Rewards Program.

I post videos longer than one minute, and one of my videos recently got around 100K views, but I only earned about $2.

From what I understand, a large portion of my views might not be considered eligible for rewards because my audience is mainly Arab rather than from countries where TikTok rewards views more consistently. I’m not entirely sure if that’s the actual reason, though.

The problem is that switching to French or English content would probably mean changing my entire audience and starting almost from scratch. My current audience follows me for Tunisian-related content, and I don’t want to throw away years of work just to chase monetization.
The account is currently inactive, and I honestly don’t want to let it go to waste after all the effort I’ve put into it.

So, for anyone who’s dealt with something similar:
Is there any realistic way to monetize an account with a mostly North African or Arab audience?
Is it worth trying to transition to French or English content, or would that kill the account?
Are there alternative monetization methods that actually work for this kind of audience?
Has anyone successfully monetized through sponsorships, affiliate marketing, or other methods in a similar situation?
Would partnering with someone in an eligible country and sharing the revenue make sense, or is that too risky? For example, I manage the content while they handle the business side.
I’m not looking for shortcuts or ways to fake eligibility. I just want to find a legitimate way to earn something from an account I’ve spent years building.

Saw a rule says that creator can use one person ID to verify 5 creator reward program TikTok accounts.

I also found some posts say that it is risky to use one person to verify more than 2 crp accounts?

Is it common for a payout to still be pending after the 15th? I have rewards on creator marketplace that have not been paid out this month yet. Still showing as “pending” Oct 14. I post 1-minute-plus POV American football videos on TikTok, and I've noticed that I only receive Additional Rewards on about 1 out of every 5 videos.

My videos still get Standard Rewards, but most of them show $0 in Additional Rewards. I can't figure out why some videos qualify for extra rewards while others don't.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know what factors make a video eligible for Additional Rewards? Is it mainly originality, editing quality, watch time, or something else?

I'd really appreciate any advice from creators who have dealt with the same issue.
