iOS WorthGoal – net worth tracker for Canadian accounts (TFSA, RRSP, FHSA)
Hi all. I'm a solo developer in Vancouver. I built a net worth app so user would have one place to see all their net worth across TFSA, RRSP, FHSA and everything else, without linking my bank.
What it does
- Net worth in one place. It tracks chequing, savings, TFSA, RRSP, FHSA, RESP, LIRA, non-registered, crypto and property, plus debts like credit cards, loans and mortgages. It shows your history on a chart.
- Contribution room. Enter your TFSA, RRSP or FHSA room once from your CRA notice, and it counts down as you contribute during the year.
- Update by voice. Tap Update and say "put 500 in my TFSA" or "paid 300 off my Visa." You can do several accounts in one sentence ("TFSA is 101,200, RRSP is 54,000"). Nothing saves until you've checked it.
- Update without opening the app. Use Siri, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, or Control Center.
- Recurring contributions. Set "$500 to my TFSA every two weeks" once, and it adds itself each time it's due.
- More than one of the same account. Got a TFSA at two banks? Add both and name them, like "TFSA Wealthsimple" and "TFSA TD".
- Goal planning. Set a goal, then slide your monthly savings and expected return to see roughly when you'll reach it.
- Foreign currency. Holdings in USD and other currencies are converted to CAD.
- Privacy.
- Everything stays on your iPhone: no bank login, no account, no servers.
- One tap hides every amount.
- You can turn on a Face ID or passcode lock.
- Your data is yours. Export or import a CSV any time.
- Extras. Eight themes, each in light and dark, plus milestone celebrations as you hit new highs.
It's in TestFlight now. I'm looking for 10–15 Canadians to use it for a couple of weeks and tell me what's confusing or missing. Rough numbers are fine; you don't have to use your real balances. Testers get everything unlocked for free.

I'd also love blunt feedback on the idea itself. What do you use now to track your net worth, and what annoys you about it?
