I am on the 5th floor

This the second night I've seen this on a row

When it was daytime this morning there was nothing there in particular like a piece of wood or a metal cylinder or smth like that

I tried throwing things at it and calling it but there was no response

It may be a shadow but I can't say a shadow of what as all the things around it are apparent in the image

I dont wanna imagine this worm inside me😭
